They sent me proud I did not order and there was no way to get in contact with them. No one responds to the bogus email.

Use to be my go to shop for over a decade...it no longer is. The selection is lovely, but the customer service is trash. Very disappointed. Will not return. There are far more professional hair sites that responds to emails with kindness.
