Need New Workers and Remodel Of The Store
I took my PlayStation here to be traded in, and the manager,with long hair, and another female, who obviously didn't know, what she was doing. Both of them told me, that I needed two brackets or pegs, or something on the Playstation, in order to trade it in!
I was upset and frustrated because, not only, did they not want to trade my excellent item in, the disc drive they said wasn't working. They didn't know, how to fix the issue. So, I called another Gamestop, and they assisted me, in other words, "Hooked Me UP." BOOSTED, MY SYSTEM, WITH GREAT EXCELLENT SERVICE!
The guy easily knew, how to the disc drive, and to get it working, because I had rested it, but hit a button.
In no time, was I getting about $400 something in trade Credit.
I WILL NEVER, COME HERE AGAIN!
If you don't know, what you're doing.
Don't turn customers away, when they have everything with the console. My peg or whatever it is, did not come, my playstation, I'm the box. I told them that, must about 5 times!

I went to GameStop today and found the Pokémon set I was looking for. The store opened promptly too. The store has more inventory than other stores in the area. Flory was my cashier and she was so kind and patient to help.

Guys, buys USED games if you can - you will be able to return it for the full price. When I purchased new game I asked if can return it, clerk told me yes, however he hid the fact that you can’t, only you can trade it in for 1/4 of the price. Very nice practice! Man, if you are the one who sold me Calisto and now reading this review - yes you earned few bucks, but know that I will never buy at this store again and also you gained some negative karma, but I guess you don’t care anyway. Good luck ?

I recently had a terrible experience trying to sell my PS4 Pro 1Tb to this GameStop. I saw that they quoted a higher price online, so I thought it would be a good idea to bring it in to their store. But as soon as I got there, they told me that the system needed cleaning and offered me a measly $50 for it. This is way below the price that I saw online and it felt like they just quoted a higher price to get me in the store and then found a way to pay me less by claiming it needed cleaning. It's not only dishonest but also disrespectful. The system was very clean when I brought it in. I wouldn't recommend anyone to sell their gaming systems to GameStop, as they clearly don't value the products they are buying and their customer service is just bad, it's a trap.

WORST SERVICE!! if I had the option to give this place a zero I would. this place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. This was my first time in the store and this would be my last time stopping at any GameStop locations due the the poor service provided by the "Manager" (Aron) on duty and the Store Manager (Christine). The store manager was not in and they had to call her to get something done, even the store manager doesn't even know their own policy. I stopped in to make a return that I had place online to have picked up in store and had the receipt and order number with me that I provided to them. the return policy is for 30 days and I wanted to return because I wanted a different color controller that I ended up purchasing from Best Buy. I went to the store to try to return it and they would not return the item because I don't have an account with them and wanted my Name, address, phone number. I asked why is that information needed and they said its their policy. the so what called "policy" that is not stated any where on their website that an address is needed to make a return. I told them I have my receipt with me and wanted to make the return. I told them if I did not have my receipt I would 100% understand why they need my ID, but for making a return within 2 days of buying and have the receipt??? why would they need an address. I did not feel comfortable providing that information when it is not part of their policy. I asked them to provide me with the information on where it states that they need an address to make a return with a receipt but they couldn't provide me with one and just kept saying its "our policy" when clearly it doesn't state that anywhere on the website.

This GameStop made me never want to go back to a GameStop again. I spent hours upon hours going to different stores looking for a PS4 game for Christmas. I called multiple GameStop locations to see if they had it and kept being told they didn't after their inventory systems saying that they did. The other location employees told me that there were 2 copies listed at the Niles location but to call and make sure. So I called the Niles location yesterday and the employee who picked up, I spoke to him and asked if they had the game. He told me that they did and I asked him if he was sure because I was over an hour away from their location. He said that he double checked again and assured me that they had the game I was looking for in stock. So I drove all the way to the Niles location having to sit through horrible traffic (which made it at least an hour and a half just to get there), I go inside, let him know I was the one who called about the game, then he checks the drawer behind him, looks at me ands says "oops, I'm sorry. We actually don't have it." I have never been more frustrated with a GameStop in my life. The other locations I called KNOW that their inventory systems are terrible and that they're faulty. All he had to do on the phone with me was turn around and CHECK THE DRAWER. HOW DID HE NOT THINK TO CHECK THE DRAWER FIRST?!I don't think I'm buying a game from GameStop ever again after this. What a f****** moron holy hell. I can't believe I even have to say this, but GameStop, please train your employees on how to check the drawers for inventory before telling your customer you have something. I wasted a lot of time and gas to get there just for the employee to act like it wasn't an issue. The worst part of it is I highly doubt GameStop will provide me any kind of discount or anything at all for that matter other than a pre-written response from the owner or management. To be specific it was on Wednesday (12/14/22) and it was around 5:40PM. Do yourself a favor and don't go to GameStop, because you'll find 10 other options that are actually helpful. Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience trying to get a video game from a store who's one job is to f****** SELL VIDEO GAMES.Oh and by the way, I ordered the game elsewhere (which now will not be arriving until after Christmas). So thank you for that. Congrats on losing yet another sale, and Merry Christmas!

The manager here lacks common sense an doesn't have any idea of customer care. In fact in her own words, "she doesn't care." Never been treated with a lack of respect in my life. How she keeps her job, I have no concept. After my experience dealing with her on a simple matter I am quitting GameStop, she left such a bad taste in my mouth. I am canceling my pro membership and shopping elsewhere. Shop anywhere but at this outlet. If you have a problem no matter how small, nobody home!

The female Asian manager with the purple here is ignorant rude and condescending she has ZERO customer service skills to be honest I feel bad for any employee working under her. She's a miserable human being and it shows as long as she's working here I will never step foot in here and I will take my business elsewhere I will say one thing positive that junior the young guy working there has a amazing personality and good manners and a great work ethic . His manager should take lessons I'm 50 yrs old and she's giving me a additude about a limit on a gift for my kids there is no sign that says there's a limit tbh I don't even know what these cards do I'm just trying to buy a gift
