I recently got my entire house furnished by this place. Matches and even beats prices from furniture stores all across Illinois. The delivery date was accurate and everything was set up to my liking. Really great customer service and the manager Tariq is very friendly and knowledgeable about the industry. Highly recommend to get your furniture from here!

As soon as you walk into this store you immediately feel at home. The staff here is extremely friendly and knows the furniture better than anyone in the Chicagoland area. They completely understand what you want as a customer and what you want in your home. The prices are the best you’ll find in the area and most of all the quality of their products are fantastic. If you choose delivery as well they are always on time and never late truly the best staff, definitely come here for your furniture needs!

Right from the start when I called to find clarity about a service that the store or company provided I was treated with respect, kindness and I was told to ask for a certain person when I arrived at the store; upon arriving I soon found out that Tareq was as pleasant as he was on the phone. In person he made my experience there refreshing, really allowing me to feel at home, and he addressed every one of my shopping concerns. Their delivery was fast and everything came without a scratch! You really cant beat their prices anywhere else in Chicago, and the quality is far beyond any other furniture stores I have visited and bought from. I would recommend anyone who is looking for the highest quality furniture and a great experience in customer service!

Early Saturday morning, I had a frustrating experience that I hope no one else has to go through. I woke up in a panic when my queen-size bed suddenly collapsed. The mattress hit the floor, and the bed frame crashed down. I spent most of the morning calling around, trying to find someone who could replace and deliver a new bed frame the same day. I started with the bigger companies, but despite their promises of same-day delivery, none of them could help. They all told me to try again on Monday, with no flexibility or willingness to work with me.
Thankfully, I found an incredible store called Full House Furniture. It was my first time visiting, and I was impressed by how clean, bright, and welcoming the place was. Tariq greeted me with a smile and immediately asked how he could assist. After I explained my situation, he quickly showed me the in-stock options, and yes, they offered same-day delivery!
I ended up choosing a beautiful queen-size frame with a stunning headboard. Tariq walked me through the entire process, and I opted for their white-glove service, which included delivery, assembly, and removal of my damaged frame. Checkout was easy as they accept all forms of payment.
Here’s the best part: the store manager, Yousef, personally came to my house to drop off and install the bed frame. He was fast, professional, and did a fantastic job. I had no idea he was the manager until after everything was finished.
I highly recommend Full House Furniture to anyone who wants to be treated like family rather than just another sale. And yes, they do speak Spanish! So, if you’re in the market for new furniture, stop by—you might just walk out with a beautiful new living room set!

Me and my wife had been looking for sectional sofa since 6 months , we went everywhere ,guess what this Full house store was the only place where my wife’s eyes locked up. Qais and his team was really knowledgeable and very helpful , we got the good quality and economic sectional sofa based on our desired with turkey’s brand Rugs. We placed an order, delivered right on time with no objection. We highly recommend this place for shopping.

One of the bed sets took almost a month to deliver. The first time when it came they had one part wrong so need it to wait another a week. What we got OMS of the bed sets was kid of different. The light was not many color as we saw at the store on their book. Also
The color was okay. Since the bed set was not available at the store next time I should not buy something I can’t see because you get totally different. Also, it’s not a good quality as they say.
