One of the better selections of produce, international foods, baked goods, and deli products. If you cab think of it, I'm sure they have it. Also, it is a good place to grab a hot and ready meal

As valued customers, my friends and I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at your store. We were told not to steal and that we were loitering when we were looking around for snacks, a so called “Tommy” did it. Perhaps could it have been due to us being minorities? We expect a prompt resolution to this issue and appropriate action taken. Discrimination has no place in society or your establishment.

I honestly could not comprehend what had occurred at this Fresh Farms location today. I spent the entire day out with my buddies and had been having an extremely fun day. So we decided to come to this location to reward ourselves with some nice healthy snacks and drinks. We went around the store looking for those items. But as we were trying to find some nice healthy snacks and drinks, we noticed what we thought and seemed to be a homeless man or lady since it seemed as if they hadn't taken a shower or hadn't received a haircut in two years, eyeing and following us. Then they stopped us, and I thought the homeless-looking person was going to ask for money since my buddies and I had put on some of our nicest/most expensive clothing pieces (we were wearing Balenciaga, 1017 Alyx, Maison Mihara Yasuhiro). But as they stopped us, we found out it was a worker or a "man" if that's what you want to call him. He told us that we were loitering and asked us if we were stealing anything. Now I had never been told this at any other store before in my whole life, and I could not describe to you how harassed I felt at that very moment since we weren't stealing and just trying to look for something to eat. Just a few seconds later he was trying to kick us out. This was my first time inside the store since its opening back in the fall of 2015, so I didn't know the layout of the store. So I was trying to learn my way around the place, but NO, this "Tommy" decided to just pick on teenagers that were shorter than him. Like, pick on someone your own size, pal. I'm honestly assuming that he had picked on us since we were minorities and he was a white male, so he thought he wouldn't face any type of problems picking on us. Now this was not a negative review of the store itself, as it appeared well-maintained and inviting. But this is more of a complaint about the worker "Tommy" since we got help from another worker who was a nice and handsome-looking young gentleman who helped us find our snacks and drinks. If you want some recommendations on some other supermarkets in the near 2-3 mile radius of this supermarket where you don't get harassed based on the way you look, then I would recommend the following: Walmart, which is not even a minute away, Target, which is also less than a minute away, ALDI, which is down the road, Tony's, which is about a 4-5 minute drive and Mariano's, which is also a 4-5 minute drive away.

Hi, I would like to share my very negative experience at Fresh Farms today. Me and my friends were out looking for snacks, but we had no idea where they were. But some very strange-looking homeless guy started following us around the store, asking us if we were looking for something in particular. We said no to the man who apparently is named "Tommy.” He then later stops me and my friends to tell us to either buy something or leave in a very serious tone, acting all big and tough on some teenagers, like get a load of this guy. Good news! We found our snacks and headed back home. This really isn’t a bad review of the overall store, but rather of a specific individual who really stained our experience in the store. Real tough guy Tommy, we’ll bring you the big and “toughest” mate we got, “TRES LECHE$,” and see if you harass us again.

I came in on a Friday afternoon where the store was nearly empty. I was looking for Rao's marinara sauce but they didn't have it in stock or I had a big bag and a brim hat on and just as I was walking out empty handed an older African American man (security? He looked like a cashier) approached me and interrogated me "ma'am I need to check your bag." Confused I opened it. It was empty. Right before I can say "Do I look like I'm someone that would steal!?" He walked away. I will never step in or shop at Fresh Farms again. Plus their produce and products are overpriced.

One of my favorite markets for produce, by far. The tomatoes this summer were amazing! Also, the seafood here is very fresh and they have a wonderful sushi station. I always find it difficult to choose just one of the freshly-made maki rolls. This location is the largest that I have been to and is just beautiful. The amount of international grocery items is extensive. Perfect for those who want to explore various cuisines. Also a great place to find unique European snacks and sweets. I highly recommend this market for your shopping needs.

I absolutely love this store! I can spend hours shopping there. They literally have everything. Imported groceries from all over the world that you can't find in your regular neighborhood store. The bakery is absolutely delicious with all the breads, cookies, croissants, you name it. Great produce, fresh fish, nuts, dates, meats. I wish they would open one store downtown Chicago or at least somewhere in the city of Chicago because right now I have to commute over one hour to get there and do my shopping. Please, open a store in the city!!! I wish I had taken photos to show how awesome this store is but I got so overwhelmed that I completely forgot taking photos inside the store. Will do next time.

Beautiful produce and meats including Slagel Farms beef. Extensive regional European foods as well as some Asian. Also, a terrific deli with many bacon options (be sure to try the gypsy bacon). Overall, it has become my go-to store and I pass several others to get to Fresh Farms.

Wonderful international marketplace. Excellent fruit and vegetable selection. It could be a bit pricey on some items but they offer items not found elsewhere. Nice customer service. Full service deli, bakery, etc.

Interesting bakery section. I do have to say that I thought it was quite pricy. We must be paying per calorie. LOL

Good value and lots of ethnic foods. The prepared food section used to be good and reasonably priced, now I feel they have raised the price too much for what you get.

I was excited to see a Fresh Farms in this mall, and when I went last week it was so great to see all the food, talk to staff about the music, such a wide array of meat and fruit, etc. I was excited and spent over $100 dollars. I forgot to get some butter so I popped in yesterday to get butter and yogurt. I brought along my insulated bag (rainbow striped with Mickey Mouse on it, a giant shopping bag for picnics and food) with an ice-pack inside to keep it cold on the trip home. While shopping I put the butter and yogurt in my insulated bag and was going to head to check out when a security guard screamed at me: "Young lady! That is not a grocery store sanctioned bag!" making sure everyone in the store heard and saw, which they sure did. I apologized, was expressly taken aback and insulted beyond the pale, however I of course followed him as he speed-walked across the whole shop to "get me a basket" and as he handed me the basket he said, "This way I won't have to embarrass you in the store again" and I went to pay for my purchase. It was embarrassing, entirely unwarranted and intentionally cruel as he admitted. I will not go back to any Fresh Farms, especially this one, and think the security guard needs a sit down and talking to about how his obnoxious behavior loses customers. Target is across the street, Costco is nearby, there's a lot of places to find groceries. I'm disappointed since obviously it only hurts my household to not buy from the unique international selection that Fresh Farms offers, but how did minding my own business become a moment for a vile man to humiliate me? I don't want to be in that environment again and encourage others to avoid it as well.
