I needed a Moen shower hose replacement and I called the store 3 weeks ago and had it shipped to my home. It was the wrong item. I went to the store and returned it and they reordered it. They got it wrong a total of 3 times, even after bringing in photos of what the hose looked like. Initially I was just going to order it from Amazon but a friend recommended this place. As far as a recommendation goes, I cannot.

The price you pay for an item if you aren't a contractor is very high compared to anywhere else. Example: kitchen faucet cartridge replacement is $15 on Ebay, $25 at Walmart, $40 at Home Depot and $44 at Fergusons.Don't blame me if your sales are down and you have to go out of business as I purchase somewhere else. No price matching and no military discount that you get at the big box stores.

Understand what You are buying. I went in by myself, not being a plumbing expert I bought Cadillac parts for a Chevy project. My plumber came with me and straightened the situation out. This is a full service plumbing supply house. Anything needed for a project can be found here.

I needed a new toilet seat and lid for what I learned was a discontinued color. Forest (Counter Clerk) worked diligently attempting to find the color and correct size eventually finding it and promising next day service, which happened around mid-day allowing me ample time to remedy my problem. My neighbor recently purchased a host of plumbing appliances and hardware for the installation and said he goes nowhere else but Ferguson as they are fairly priced, have great CS and "don't screw up". They also come recommended by my union plumber which I have used 20+ years.

I was very happy with the service, they took the time to listen to my plumbing problem and worked with me to fix the problem. They had everything I needed. The part that they didn't have which is a specialty piece they sent me to Grainger which had to be ordered the 40 degree bend in a cast iron elbow. To give you a idea it cost $46.00 Thanks again Ferguson Plumbing for all your help I couldn't have done this plumbing project with out your help.

This place is great. They have everything you need. It is like walking into a toy store. They have a generous inventory on Viega Pro Press fittings, PVC pipe and fittings, cast iron black, brass and galvanized nipples and fittings. When I was there it looked like the three gentlemen behind the counter are well knowledged in the field of plumbing. I had to special order what I needed because it is a "parts" store and what I needed was a special faucet, but they came through as promised. I recommend this place to anyone in need of plumbing supplies

Unfortunately they did not have what I needed. I went in for an inch and a quarter p trap repair.they do not stock them.ace hardware has then made by keeney.
