The very highest praise possible for deliveryman Richard (5959 Howard, Niles office) for his professional, helpful, efficient and very kind delivery of a large box today. I am 70 with a terrible spine and he literally ran up 3 flights of stairs to leave it right at my door. Give that man a raise!! THANK YOU, Richard!
