I had home and auto ,for long time. insurance with this lady. I even had my friends buy insurance with her.She was nice and polite from the beginning . Lately she was becoming mean and unprofessional. Every year she would increase our insurance ( auto and home) and she would not notifies us. Recently I canceled my auto insurance and she is being very unprofessional about it. She even got me in trouble with illinois authorities . Fortunately I talked to them and told them the problem, and I am ok now.She even wanted to cancel my son's auto insurance ,because I canceled her insurance.
No, I wouldn't recommend this lady to any body to buy insurance from her.
