Someone backed into my car and left a few marks on my bumper. Erich's was easy to work with and did the job they said they would do in the amount of time they said it would take for the price they quoted me. Not sure what more I could ask for.

I went to Gerber and MobilityWorks after being rear-ended and both said "no" to repairing the car bc it was a wheelchair accessible van and they were concerned they couldn't do it. Erich was confident about his abilities and came highly recommended by MobilityWorks and he came through!!! So happy with the body work! Looks brand new!! Highly recommend!!!Service: Body & Trim

One of my colleague recently sent me to Erich's Lehigh Auto Body services when my brand new BMW X5 was unfortunately hit while parked outside my apartment.From the moment I stepped into the workshop, I explained everything to the guy and he looked at it, after looking he gave me the estimate and I must say it was very affordable in comparison to other auto body service shopThe damage was primarily to my left rear door. I have been told that whole door is going to replaced and it will going to take almost 5 days. I am pleased to say that the repair work was meticulously done, and my car looks as good as new. They do okay work but now that I am changing to my summer wheels I notice they swapped out my brand new security lug nuts to used/damaged ones. Untrustworthy on the small things translates to untrustworthy on the big things. Avoid it if possible.Service: Body & Trim

I have been using Eric's Lehigh for 5 years now. They are professional,timely and reasonably priced. They communicate well with the customer , on time, and are able to work with insurance on claims. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

My cars front bumper and fender liners were hit and completely destroyed. I took my car in to Erich's and spoke with Bob who got me a quote quickly after a couple of days. After that, I took it in, two days later, it was done. The bumper was an exact replacement, the paint was as close as could be, and the liners were completely replaced and back in place. I was in and out within a minute of paying. They also straightened out my bent license plate and fixed something else that was causing a metal rumbling sound. Incredibly happy with my experience there!

My car was hit & my driver side door & mirror were smashed. I had Bob in the front handle my case and he took my stress levels from a 10 down to a 2. Very professional. The auto body mechanics did an excellent job in a short amount of time. My door looks brand new!
