If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I NEVER write reviews, but I want others to know that this place is honestly the worst location to work with, in my experience. When I saw the low ratings, I wondered how hard it could be to mess up an edible arrangement. I clearly should have taken that as a sign to not order from here. I placed my order on Sunday, March 10th. It said it would be delivered that day. (I understand that can't always be promised). Fast forward to Monday, and the order is still not being worked on, so I had to make a call to find out what the problem was. A girl answered, stating that they were out of the can, and the arrangement I ordered came in. (This should have been something they contacted me immediately.) She said she would ask her manager if they are getting more and how to move forward. I called back on Tuesday multiple times, and no one answered, so I left voicemails. I also emailed on Tuesday, and there has still been no response. I called again on Wednesday, leaving more voicemails, and no one answered. I have never had this bad experience with a store, which is ironic because many people send these sweet treats for sentimental reasons. My next step is to attempt to cancel the order, but I have read people had trouble receiving their money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Should have read the reviews before placing order from here! Please everyone take your business somewhere else! If I could give NO stars I would. Usually do not leave bad reviews for any business unless they have been egregious in their handling of an order and treatment of customers which this store was. The facts are: Placed an order for this past Sunday to be guaranteed delivery for same day Sunday and as I was tracking order I saw no movement. I kept calling the store, but they were not answering. Left several messages and had no choice but to cancel online, however, they had already taken my money without fulfilling anything! I needed the order out as a gift for Sunday. I called this store first thing Monday morning and the two women I spoke to there were very rude, condescending, treating me like a Karen (which is laughable because I am probably their age and actually work in customer service myself and would get fired before I treated someone like they did) giving me excuses about "not being open or working Sunday, " OK so why take orders on Sunday, right? But NOPE still took my order and money anyway. Then they changed excuse saying that :"the boss told them to leave early on Sunday because the cooler broke , so they could not fulfill any orders for the day" OK cool, so let customers know that before closing for the day, right? Nope again. Didn't even have the courtesy to do that. Then their other excuse was that "the workers had just gotten there on Monday and It was too early on Monday to be calling and they had just opened so they could provide me no info" You see where I am going with this? Kept contradicting themselves in their excuses. Asked to speak to their boss, but they did not and told me to call Corporate to get my refund since they could not provide me my refund. At the end of the day, they did not offer ANY apology, they did not provide any decent reason for my order not being fulfilled, they did not give a courtesy email or call to me on Sunday to let me know they would not be able to get my order out, and the two women I spoke to acted like they just did not care. Everything they did customer service-wise is WHAT NOT TO DO. Now I am out of $70 plus dollars with this store not honoring any refund and am getting the run-around with corporate (of course). Again, the worst customer service I have experienced in my life without any exaggeration. I only ordered from them to begin with because they were the only ones to guarantee delivery on a Sunday within a couple of hours, but never again. If any customer who has gone through this can get in touch w me cause I still have not gotten my money back.

Worse experience about this place if you wanna make someone special Avoid this place!!!!! . They will charge you for your order and they will never deliver your order. Customer service sucks. I call more than 10 times and they never answer or call you back don’t order from this place because you gonna loose your money

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Placed an order for Valentine's Day almost $300 and it was never delivered. Great way to ruin your event by items never showing up. Called them at least 20 times yesterday and today and nobody picks up or gets back to you. Money charged but no gifts delivered. If you actually want to make someone's day special avoid this place because they will never deliver the present and charge you anyway.

This business and its employees are very unprofessional and terrible. When I went to pick up my order, she said she couldn't find it and explained that maybe someone else had picked it up.Do not order from here, you will regret it, other customer comments and ratings tell you everything.

This is worst place I ever see, uncultured stuff. I found hair in my food, they didn't want to listen to me when I tried to talk. If you want to save your time and your health, never visit this place.

Very upsetting experience. Placed order on 02/09 to be delivered to a restaurant for my grandma's 95th birthday celebration on 02/11. Since I live across the Pacific, I wanted to surprise my grandma on her special day, but that didn't happen. Instead, they called my mom, whose number I put as contact person since she lives with my grandma. They asked if they can deliver 1 day early because they are busy with Valentine's. My mom said no because they live in far away. The reason I chose this store is because it is near the restaurant they were going to. On the day of the event (02/11), my mom called to follow up the order only to be told they tried to deliver early at the restaurant but it was still close and they can't go back to deliver again because the store closes at 11am. Keep in mind, the store is only 25 minutes away from the restaurant, so I don't know why so much trouble with delivering the order. The Edible website and Google shows store hour is up to 3pm. If that was the case, they should update the information. They later told my mom that they can deliver the next day (02/12), but that defeats the purpose since it was for 02/11 and my family lives in Crystal Lake, no where near their store. I submitted a request to cancel/refund just now so we'll see how this goes, BUT I will never order from this store again!!!I had a wonderful experience last month from another store that is 2 hours away from my family's place in Crystal Lake, yet they delivered it and made my mom's birthday special. That is why I wanted to do the same for my grandma's birthday, instead we were all disappointed and it caused my mom headache from talking to whoever was at the store. She didn't even enjoy my grandma's celebration.

Incredibly rude customer service. Called to confirm delivery and the rep was not friendly! Considering it was my first time using their online system and ordering from them in general- won’t be ordering from this location again.

i placed an order on 9/7 with the intention of it being delivered on the 8th. My mistake was keeping same day delivery as an option, when i really needed the next-day delivery. However, my order was still not delivered or processed by 9/9, so that’s when i decided to contact the store. All in all, the lady i was speaking to ( i believe it was vanessa) understood where we were coming from and did refund our delivery fee, because it still should have been processed and delivered by the end of the next business day (9/8), at least. she told us we should have at least received a phone call from the store, which we did not, but she assured us that she will take care of the order and have it delivered today, which we really appreciated.

Honestly, I'm shocked to see some of the reviews for this location as I couldn't have had a an easier experience getting a birthday cake along with several different kinds of fruity goodies for my father's birthday celebration. I placed my order with Vanessa who was incredibly helpful with picking out interesting options. Everything arrived while we were still setting up and even the driver was friendly. I was a bit worried since it was around 100 degrees that day but he had everything in bags and it looked good plus all of the chocolate was still solid. Most people went crazy for the cake even though my dad was hoarding it all night. Anyway, still shocked at the reviews but amazing service I'm coming here for all my special occasions.
