They don't want to take cash anymore if you are spending 50 or more. Apparently to many people are stealing . Sad world

You might want to have Elba review your corporate policy on returns. It’s not just exchanges it’s a refund with receipt and 30 days

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Older guy with glasses was so rude to me. I was having some issues during checkout and kindly asked for him to please void the transaction so I didn't hold up the line. He very rudely grunted and made it seem like it was such an inconvenience for him. When I went to put my items back on the counter, he snatched the bag out of my hands and threw my items behind him. I told him I still wanted to buy the items I just needed a minute and he loudly and rudely said when you have the money to pay for them then yea. I commented to him and his manager that I was not stealing because that is how he made it seem. Even a customer behind me said he didn't need to be so disrespectful. When I was finally ready, he completely ignored me and took care of 3 other customers that were behind me in line. He also took the time to flirt with a lady in the store as I was waiting to get taken care of. Very unprofessional and completely GROSS. Would not waste my time coming here ever again.

Not my favorite one in the area. The lines are forever long as I'm thinking they're short staffed and the products are not very well organized. This location needs an overhaul. Very gloomy in there as well.

The balding manager was merchandising an isle, I politely asked if it was open. I did not try to make my way into the isle, just asked if it was open. The man said "no, this isle is closed" and put his hand in my face as if he wanted to literally push me away. I don't expect much customer service here, but don't be an ass to your customers. I was with my kids, so I didn't cause a scene. I surely doubt this man would've done this had I been a man. I see someone else commented about the same manager here, he wears a hat and glasses, needs a job where there are no people around him because he clearly is not a people person.

This store is NCO, neat, clean and organized. Parking is across the street is a plus for me. Also, not in Chicago… they do not charge you for plastic bags. ?

Everything is $1.25 at the dollar store but still a super cheap place to shop.

The food and household isles are a great addition. I think the introduction of household consumables drinks and similar is a good idea.

Don't stop here if you're in any sort of hurry. There are almost never more than 2 checkout lanes open and it is almost always busy. The manager with the hat and glasses is very odd and doesn't seem to care that the line is nearly to the back of the store. He seems more concerned with stocking than helping to check out customers. The store isn't really all that bad. It is a little dingy, but that's not the end of the world for a dollar store. If they had 2 checkout lanes open (when the lines are crazy long) and got rid of / retrained that rude manager then I'd say it's a good store.

Nasty staff here plus that big woman manager is all pissed off. Not helpful at all. 3 questions I had for her on 3 different occasions and she snapped at me like a turtle. Bad attitude and it drips down to lower staff as they adopted the same. Go elsewhere.

This is the biggest, roomiest, and cleanest Dollar Tree I’ve ever been to. I’ve never seen one so organized and enjoyable to be in.I collect Matchbox and Hot Wheels which I frequently get at DTs. At every store I’ve bought cars at, all across the country, all throughout my life, I’ve never seen anything as good as this. I’ve bought cars everywhere (Walmart, Target, gas stations, random stores, other DTs, etc..). Everywhere else I’ve been, the cars are sloppily thrown into a giant box you have to fish through to find what you’re looking for. Doing this damages the packing of all the others reducing their value. Or they’ll be on shelves but all mixed together, which makes a bigger mess.Knowing the quality and ease of shopping at this location, I’ll now be frequenting if for my car collection. I met the store manager, Danny, whom seems to be doing a great managing the store.Overall, 10/10. Great staff, friendly, A+.

Store is fine, but it’s understaffed by at least 2 people. Manager just unpacks boxes instead of helping ring up customers. The line will be full of about 5 people and nothing gets done. This has happened at least 10 times with me.. really bad
