It’s so painful to try on stuff at this location. Individual fitting rooms are locked so one must search out associate to unlock. What happen to a good old fitting room for multiple people!

So I went to get some new shoes, and I don't know what happened to customer service but no ione asked me if I needed help. I wanted to know the difference between some of the Hoka gymshoes, I had ANOTHER CUSTOMER HELP ME WITY MY QUESTIONS about the hoka types. She even told the worker that she was doing HIS job. I mean, I think that's a problem when someone who doesn't work there isnhelpijg other customers. I was looking at different pairs, and not one staff member came to see if I needed help or anything. Instead, they talked to other staff and only helped the customer if they came to them. Now, I'm not saying I didn't want to ask for help, but they should be trying to make a sale. I think they need to have more training on customer service.

Helpful and friendly staff. Luke helped us pick the right weight collars and pointed us in the right direction. Brady was patient professional and helped us pick the right shoes (went with the (Hoka Clifton 9s). He went above and beyond for us, associates like Luke and Brady are the reason I come back and shop here

A complete GHOST town. Was going to spend several hundred dollars but one cash register open at 1pm on a Wednesday with 8 people in line..couldn’t find anyone on 2nd floor to assist me..so I left!! No customer service!!!

Customer service is horrible here, especially in the shoe department. Why do you have employees working at this store who do not want to help the customer??? Where is the disconnect? It almost seems like they don’t want to make the sales. I hate that this is one of the most convenient locations to me but if I had a choice I would NOT shop here.
Check your staff!!

Went in to the store on a Sunday for some new cleats I need for start of baseball season. I was meet at the door by a man who stated there new policy on the weekends that you need to be 18 years of age or older to enter. Granted I’m 17 and on the verge of Turing 18 and was amazed by the rule and how it is only implemented at this location. Sad to see how because one store cannot manage their inventory properly everyone has to suffer. Crazy to think that I need to show an ID to purchase shoes.

Wasn’t able to shop as a 17 year old because of a new 18+ policy rule? Ridiculous, worker who also told me that was extremely rude. This policy I’ve never heard of wasted my time and gas money. Please fix this issue.
