Rick does an absolutely amazing job with his work. I called numerous engravers trying to get my Littmann stethoscope engraved with my name on it, but Rick was the only one who was able to do it. He had never engraved a Littmann stethoscope before but was willing to try it, and he walked me through his plan on how to do it and took me into his workshop so I could watch the process. He will go above and beyond to do a good job, and any healthcare workers looking to get their stethoscopes engraved should go to Rick first. He did an amazing job on mine and was extremely fairly priced.

I contacted Rick at Diamond Design and Engraving to do custom engraving job on an urn for my dog Trixie. See the attached pictures. Rick and his work are absolutely wonderful. We contacted Rick about doing some banners for our swim team and he was amazing! Since our team can't have the normal celebrations we usually give them, we wanted to do something special for them. With a large team, we were also limited in our budget. He was able to work with what we had and created awesome individual banners of each boy. They will be so surprised when they get them later this week. And they're great quality, so they will last them for years to come!

I had a few business card holders engraved. Rick was extremely personable and professional. Couldn't be happier with the products. Rick even went to the extent to get a new case and re-engrave because there was a slight scratch during the process. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give this place 100 stars. Rick is truly amazing at what he does. He is so talented! We got Disney shirts done with him and he made our exact ideas come to life. He takes his time to actually listen to what you want and works with you to create a design if you’re not set on one. He also does many other things such as engraving. I can’t say enough good things. We’re fortunate to come across his business. I highly recommend!!
