Rude sales associate. Tried to return clothing that I bought because the changing rooms are always closed. They said that they cant take items that have been worn. WHAT? I was told by the clerk when I purchased them that I could try them on and bring them back since the changing rooms were closed. Ladies at the front were very rude and were giving me attitude and bad looks. Now im out of nearly $100

Okay, so I just want to give the staff 10/10 stars. Every time I've gone in there, everyone has been sweet and fun and funny. As for the products and prices, I'm still unsure how I feel. When I did my first initial tour, I was like, great, Ross Lite. The prices seem the same, and so does the selection. They are cleaner and staff is nicer. The quality of the things I bought so far seems good. Amazing staff though.

This has become one of my favorite brand of stores to shop at over the last year. I only just discovered yesterday that they are owned by Ross, but that explains why the stores can usually be found side by side or within the same shopping plazas. They have a little bit of everything from clothes and lingerie for thicker girls to hair, skin and nail products for minorities to technology gear for folks who always need a new charger, ear buds or mini-speakers. I ALWAYS find something that I love and everything has been great quality at a manageable price! I receive so many compliments when I wear the items that I have found here and they get new stuff in regularly.The only issues I have with them are that they will not allow you to keep the hangers (not even after you spend $200 and only want one or two because they recycle them within the stores) and they never have enough people working the cash registers (like there are 3 employees standing in the front just watching, but almost always only one person actually checking people out). They do not sell anything online and they never know exactly what they will be getting at each location so you really have to just go in and look.They have clothes for men, women and children, shoes, purses, travel bags, home decorations and even snacks. I have made a game of traveling to different stores within the state, just to see what different styles are offered based on the communities where they are located.

Amazing people! Maribel and the team helped me pick out a beautiful gift for my mom! This location is very clean and friendly and the team has gone above and beyond all expectations that is definetly hard to find now a days keep up the good work ladies! ?!
