Their exchange / return policy is horrible. Customer service is non-existent when shopping, and the pharmacist seems really rushed and as if customer is a bother when asking questions, they really need better service all the way around.

My experiences at this CVS are always productive and friendly.
If I have a question or confusion regarding the use of coupons the cashier is always great about explaining. I usually deal with Said or Dena.

10/10 this is the best CVS location in a 20 miles radius! The pharmacy staff is kind and knowledgeable, always eager to help and compassionate towards the patients. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Ms Soumya and Mr Saad, who found a very rate type of insulin that no other pharmacy had in stock. I was terrified and felt hopeless but not only did they honor the prescription but also advised on how to order next time ahead of time so that there are no gaps in our insulin coverage. I am incredibly grateful and will never forget their act of kindness that ultimately saved a life. Million times Thank you!!!! I will never forget what you did for my family!

Just went to this CVS location for the very first time and I would have to say that not only is the store in top notch shape the customer service is by far the best, Sandra from the moment I walked in greeted me with a big smile and was quick to offer her assistance to help me find what I was looking for she even walked me over and offered a recommendation which was great . Sandra is a big asset to CVS thanks to her services and great customer service I would make this my CVS pharmacy to go .

One of the staff here was rude. especially the Indian woman, who I think is the pharmacist. I came around closing which honestly was my bad. But they were the only pharmacy that had my medication in stock and I was in a lot of pain. And I was being questioned and yelled at. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Don’t be a pharmacist in retail if you don’t know how to treat customers.Customers are better off going to the pharmacy on Dempster street. the staff is super nice there and accommodating.

Horrible customer service. I went in on a Saturday at 10;30AM. Put a bunch of items (mostly sale items) into my cart. I went to check out at the self check out and realized all the advertised sale items were full price. I rang for help waited about 3-4 minutes but no one came to the self checkout flashing light or announcement via the self heck out register that "a customer needs service". So I flagged a stocker down and asked for help. He explained the pricing was correct because all the yellow sale ticket that were posted in the store were for a sale that didn't start until Sunday. THE NEXT DAY! . Then why? Are the sale signs up the morning before?!? The gentleman that was helping me was just a stocker, and he said just go up to the cashier and they'll give you the sale price. So I walked up to the cashier and she explained to me that oh yes, they put the sales signs up for 24 hours before the sale and people usually don't complain about playing full price. Plus!...there is a small typed font in the top right corner that has the sale window. But yes, it is so small that unless you have a magnifying glass you can't read it. (Maybe it should be as large as the sale price!). Thus, I will have to pay full price. And... I (the customer) shouldn't complain, because management knows this is how it goes and they're okay with the process. I just walked out of the store. Moral of the story. Don't shop here.
