avoid this store in niles. terribly slow customer service, they manipulate and say anything just so you buy the phone so they can profit. I came in told them I needed a phone with a very specific feature which was tap to pay and couldn't have been any more clear. They told me the contactless payments worked with the device but when I got home and tried it out the feature was completely unavailable and thats the whole reason I purchased the device. Basically just straight up lied to me and when I went to return it I got not even $50 refunded from the $130+ I spent. So ridiculous, this is literally a scam lol. wish i could leave 0 stars because that 1 star I left is too generous.

This is the best cricket store in the area.I have been coming here since they opened. Ameer and the rest of employess do a great job and provide excellent customer service. They helped my choose a new phone within my budget and did not pressure me to buy somthing I could not afford. They answered all my questions and set my phone up and made sure it was working properly before I left the store. If you need a phone come see them.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service here. I needed help retrieving some phone numbers off of my Cricket SIM card since my phone stopped working. Through live-chat a Cricket rep had told me any retail store could help by using a demo phone. So I go to the Niles store and the guy at the desk, who I believe was the manager, told me there was nothing he could do. I asked if he would reach out to Cricket's customer service reps so I could speak with them. Reluctantly he called, but after two minutes on hold he told me I was wasting his time and decided to end the call. The store was literally empty of customers. I wasn't asking for much. I have been a loyal Cricket customer for 7 years, but no more...changing carriers. Good work, buddy. Definitely recommend avoiding the Niles store.

Marlemm was great. Helped me purchase the phone I wanted even though the store itself was experiencing computer issues. She was helpful, kind and transferred all my data very efficiently!

I visited to upgrade my cell phone which was cracked screen. Employees are more concerned about making profit than customer service. They manipulate and twist words to make you buy the worst products they have. Employees they don't advise you correctly about regulations and rules of cricket. By the way I advise everybody don't buy cricket brand phones they are bad.
