Run run away from this location Manager Nicole and Employee Anabellla the way they talk i cannot believe usually doesn't like to write a review i like the people to go and experience it by them self but i cannot believe it this location is the worst !! Cosmoprof should make sure their employees train them how to talk to their Clients I am very pissed i work full time plus i have 3 babies i cannot stop by everytime if i am short on some of the products , and i buy products depends on the clients of the month sometimes i got shorts on curtain shampoo long story short first time i went their , one employee her name Anabella says woow you buy good amount which my total was 800$ which is nothing to me and she said how you sell them !! So her first question ennoyed me alot we dont know each other i never joked and i never exceed my talk with her simply i answered i dont like these personal questions She start to give me attitude everytime i walk into this location

This is the worst place, the store manager cussed my husband for not being a licensed. I sent my husband to pick up my products and I didn’t mind to call the store to verify, she started giving him attitude for no reason even though I was on the phone with him. Don’t shop here because I too had problems with her attitude before but I let it go. Not shopping at cosmoprof anymore.

The customer service there was garbage and unprofessional. The lady greeted me and allowed me to shop around for a substantial amount of time without ever mentioning I needed a cosmetology license to shop in there. What is even more off put is the fact that I wasn't even purchasing anything professional grade, just eye lash brushes and a lip scrubber. You mean to tell me I can't purchase those items?, the rules are silly and I definitely want to warn people before wasting their time.

Disgusting. The manager and the worker is extremely rude. They are not organized. Constantly loosing products that are on hold. Give you a hard time for small things. Nicole is not a pleasant human being to be around including her close co worker meribel who is all drama and makes problems with customers. Ive seen them scream at people who asking simple questions and heard them talk about thrm terribly when they leave. Very grumpy and just miserable human beings calling people names when they are the bullies. Disgusting.

One star is still a lot for the tall lady she worked today, she was so rude and aggressive, I showed my credit card info and my phone number and she was almost yelling at me for forgetting my ID, since I walked in she never said hi, she saw me and I am the only one in the store she never asked me if I need help , when I asked her for help she was very rude and it’s not the first time she treats me like this , i think she saw I have dark hair and she racist about my color, I also saw her different time on the phone she is gossiping about her employees, was very uncomfortable to talk like that in front of the customers!

I hate to be this person, but would give zero stars if I would. The amount of disrespect my friend received while we came in to this shop asking a question in order to buy one of there company's products. All the employees were extremely, extremely disrespectful.

The two people working there, Maribelle the cashier and Nicole the manager are not capable of giving good customer service and are extremely rude and overly sensitive. Future customers, talk to them very sweetly or else they’ll feel “attacked”. Not helpful at all and very rude customer service. The manager is very arrogant and should not be in customer service.

EXTREMELY RUDE. As a student I have the right to go in and purchase products. The women here were extremely disrespectful not willing to help what so ever. When speaking to a employee there she says “I’m walking away” and storms off. I was willing to resolve it in a calm manner but they just became like vultures in for the attack. DO NOT GO HERE THEYRE RUDE.
