I am doing it for my cousin Gigi Kandarappallil who doesn’t speak English well, we came to the Citi bank to resolve some issues. The banker Asad, Rafidi ( who works at the citi bank in Nile’s) took care of all issues which took almost more than 2 hours, he made all the phone calls to resolve the issues which too long time even after the business hours, he stayed late for almost 30 minutes to help us. He didn’t have to do that, but he did it, he was soooo wonderful and helpful and can’t thank him enough for his help . Now I feel like I should be a citi bank customer after seeing how he handled the situation.

Very unprofessional and no respect for the customer Personal Banker name: Yvonne sawa Cortes. I will never go back there and I'm not recommending this branch. I'm a customer for more than 10 years and is impossible to describe how difficult was the experience. Yvonne sawa Cortes one suggestion be a good person !!!

It is the Worst bank branch! The banker lack of basic knowledge of fund transfer and results customer fund lost! They were so arrogant and ignore your inquiry even if you were there!

04/01/23 - The second stop on our April Fools Day Tour was Citi Bank in Dempster to freeze a joint account she has w/her brother that lives in the Philippines. This account was set up before he moved back to the Philippines for good when he retired. For him it simplified banking transactions so they opened they opened a joint account so she could help out with transactions that had to occur in the US. The visit here was more of a precaution incase any fraudulent activity occurs in the future

the bankers in this branch not only ignore the long line of customers waiting, but also not knowing some basic foundation of bank running functions. they only focus their commission, if you did not agree the products, they can turn the face away! if you want to have a pleasant banking experience, save you a hassle by not enter into this branch! Citi as major commer bank, it should seriously consider close this one.

You don’t feel you live in AmericaDefinitely, that was my first and last visit. I don’t recommend it to my enemy

Service is very bad its disappointed. I try to reached out the city bank located in Niles 60714. They transfered my call to customer service center 4 times and they gave me the branch number again so i west my time 1 hr
