Excellent services. Great food. One draw back the speaker system was set so loud , you could not enjoy the Christmas event. For that reason, I would not have them host any of my events.

I am the owner of Moving N Grooving DJs and I had the absolute pleasure of DJing a wedding in this place last night. This was my first time here and my first time meeting Michael and his staff. All I can say is WOW!!!!!This place is massive and amazing! The thing that stood out to me the most was how welcoming and kind Michael and ALL of his staff were. I do about 70 + weddings a year and I'm at a lot of different venues and believe it or not but a good number of venues don't treat vendors well! Michael and his staff were so kind and welcoming to me and all other vendors. You can just tell there is something different going on here and it's refreshing to see that there are still venues that don't treat vendors like 2nd hand help.If your thinking about booking this place the above is important because it speaks to the character of people behind your event! Book with Michael and the Chateau Ritz.I hope to be back in this room again in the future. Thnak you Michael for an amazing evening and being one of the "good ones."Other venues should take note. You can't treat people poorly and expect and amazing night out of the people working in your place.Cheers,Chris

This September we booked this venue for our wedding. Everything was perfect. The office staff was so patient answering all our questions leading up to the wedding. Even when we had to call them more often closer to the event. We were nervous to book the venue before the food tasting. The office staff heard our concerns and let us do a tasting prior to booking. On the day of the wedding the staff and bartending service was exceptional. They made sure they had a point of contact person so they did not have to bother me with any issues during the event. They also checked on me several times to make sure I didn't need anything. We choose family style for our meal. They served good size portions and the food was delicious. Another benefit of this venue is its large parking lot and private bridal suite. If you have older family members attending they do not have to walk far like in the city. We were so happy with our experience at this location. Both of us would highly recommend Chateau Ritz to anyone planning an event.

Great staff and the ballrooms are beautiful,it's the gorgeous chandeliers that is the steal here. However,the food isn't that great that's the downside of it.

This is a gorgeous facility. Went for a Sweet 16 and had white gloves service. We were so impressed. Everything was delicious and service was impeccable.

The staff was swift and nice. They were consistant and called me "sir" each time. Never once corrected them. Food was good. DJ and MC were great at keeping the party going. Oh and the drinks were good too.

If I could give this venue 1000 stars, I would. The Chateau Ritz is nothing short of amazing! I’ve attended events at this venue in the past, once for a wedding, and once for a school banquet. I decided to throw my moms 60th surprise birthday party here and my mom absolutely loved it! I would recommend this venue for any special occasion. It is family owned, and the staff are extremely nice, efficient and professional! Ample parking space for all of your guest and in my opinion, worth every dime!?

Not a horrible venue, but the neighborhood isn't my favorite. Also the staff was mostly nice, with the exception of a couple who clearly didn't want to be there. The place is fine, just nothing remarkable.

A great experience for my daughter's wedding! Staff was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the venue itself was very clean and very set up very nice!
