  I had an issue with fraud on my debit card I came in and it was busy I had to go to work in a few hours I set up an appointment with Scott on the same day before work he was really helpful and understanding he fixed my issue really fast to I had a great experience at this chase bank really great customer service

  I had a good experience here. Best way to go about ones business here is schedule an appointment. Marko was extremely helpful and super friendly. I enjoyed having a conversation with him as well as conducting business.

  The only reason I rate this 2 stars is because the staff is ALWAYS beyond helpful and kind. Other then that this has to be one of the most broken down Chase Banks in the US. The drive thru lanes ALWAYS have signs stating ALL the stuff that doesn't work. Don't waste your time.
