The only reason I rate this 2 stars is because the staff is ALWAYS beyond helpful and kind. Other then that this has to be one of the most broken down Chase Banks in the US. The drive thru lanes ALWAYS have signs stating ALL the stuff that doesn't work. Don't waste your time.

I ask for someone to help me with my account and the manager lady said she was going to look for someone to help me she left come back and help someone else and didn't not even let me know if I was going to wait more or nothing she just act like I was not there... so I waited for nothing ?
