Eugene the manager has horrible customer service. Tyler on the other hand was a huge help without any hesitation and with a smile on his face. Once again Tyler was a huge help he should be manager instead of that incompetent unhelpful Eugene.

The order pick up here is so horrible. I always have to wait 3hrs or more. Then there this time that happened twice that I ordered for pickup then I have to wait for almost 5hrs, then they closed. Didn't got my orders.

I literally never leave bad reviews because I don't wanna be a Karen but damn, this location made me put on my short haircut wig. Ok so I'm done with all my shopping ready to check out, so I go and get in line. There were two lines: one for self checkout and one for order pickup/guest services. So I go to the self check out one waiting for a light to turn green so I can go. A light turns green, so I start walking towards it, but I didn't see that the customer was still putting things in their cart and folding clothes so I waited patiently. The team member by the check out looked at me and told me with attitude "you have to wait until it's your turn!" So I was like "ok, I just saw the light turn green I didn't see that they weren't done yet." She responded "you have to get back in line" like damn I didn't know we were back in kindergarten lady So finally I go to the next register that opens up and I start scanning my things.I got a native toothpaste that said it was on sale for $6.99 and it was scanning for $9.99, I even had a picture that I took *just in case* She started telling me "no it's not the same one" and "zoom in zoom out" and pretty much making up all these excuses to not just do the price match, not to mention the attitude. I even though I had a literal picture that showed the same one I ended up paying the $9.99, but if you're gonna advertise a price on the shelves, you should honor it also if you're having a bad day, don't take it out on the customer what the heck did I do to you lmaoUpdate: I went to a different target and they honored the price, I didn't even have to tell them this whole story. They didn't even ask me to zoom in or zoom out.

TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES it's like they don't even care about the customers. We just bought a tv and the guy who was caring it out put it lying up. Even the other employee told him to put it flat. As soon as we made a turn the tv fell down and broke the remote. DO NOT LET THEM CARRY IT OUT TAKE UR TV OUT BY YOURSELF.

Would give them zero stars if it was a choice. Worst target employees I've seen ever. Their pick up is also a joke. If it's gonna take half the day then the app should at least reflect that.

This place took 4 HOURS to fill an order of 4 ITEMS. 3 of which were in the same section of the store! When I got there I was told it'll be filled in 20 minutes and they had me wait another hour. All this due to "short staffing" while there were 4 employees standing around gossiping by the self check out about what they ordered on Amazon. Never ordering or shopping at this target again. Thank you to the ONE employee who was trying to get my order to me out of the dozen "working" there.

They say that if you live 10 minutes from a Costco and/or 10 minutes from a Starbucks, your property value goes up like an extra 10 to 15 percent. Ok, I can buy that but how about living close to Target?? My Target is right next to Costco by the way. Let me know if you have that data point but nonetheless, I love this location. So convenient to get to from Touhy or Gross Point Rd. They also enlarged this location a number of years ago, this is one huge store. I've come here for a COVID shot, I've noticed that the selections are always fully stocked, there are great sales following a holiday or Christmas for chocolates, lights and decorations. There's a huge grocery section which is neat and clean. Now it is a parking trap, like I said, it's practically surrounded by Costco and the Costco Gas station so be patient and be kind as you try to find your way out. One more thing, I do like their toy section, I almost feel like a little kid when I check out what they have to offer.

The employees are a joke. An associate walked up to a completely unmasked man and gave him a fist bump. This is why we can't get over this virus- too many idiots and too many employees that don't enforce the rules.

I've been searching online for a coffee machine that also makes espresso for forever, and I finally find one at Target! I had to go to a different location (this one) to pick it up since they didn't have one in stock by me, but this location is super clean, organized, and easy to navigate!

There is zero enforcement of the current Illinois mask mandate. Do not shop here if you have immune-compromised family members or if you value your own health. We will never return. The place was also FILTHY. P*** on the walls of the bathroom, some weird clear gel spilling from popped bags on the ground of the checkout, toys all over the floors of the toy aisles. Visiting this place was a shock. Horrifying for a family with a compromised child.

I've been using their delivery and drive up services since the pandemic and I LOVE IT I also use competitor services. The PROS for Target: 1 you can actually get delivery within two hours vs others that you have to schedule sometimes a day in advance 2 variety of products offered. 3 you CAN ADD ON to an order even when your shopper has started shopping--not true at other places 4 you can communicate with shopper easily once they start your order (easier to approve or deny substituted item if necessary) 5 as a mom I NEED HANDLES ON BAGS which target has-it's a simple thing- one trip-- I don't care if I can't feel my fingers after :) 6 drive up is easy and you rarely have to wait long 7 the drive up associates work as a team so they will talk to everyone as they drive up and let you know if your order is on the way out-- Other places cannot say the same, they seem to be compartmentalized employees The CONS- 1 sometimes inventory is incorrect and you can't get what you ordered (other places are slightly more inventory updated within the app) 2 wish they had a slightly larger availability re organic produce but I think it's market specific

If I knew who the manager was I'd thank him personally. Just did my first drive-up pickup order. So good. I ordered things that my Marianos pickup said they were out of stock for. Plus a few extras. Order was ready very promptly and the delivery to car was very quick and easy and courteous. Will do more shopping this way.

I'm very disappointed that Target is not keeping track of how many people are in the store at one time. I went there today at 2:00 and the store was packed! Long, long lines at the registers, without any social distancing markers on the floor. Groups of 5 or more people hanging around together. There is an independent cashier who is open for 5 items or less, but was surrounded by a group of teenagers for more than a few minutes, making it unavailable to other patrons. Really uncomfortable there, couldn't wait to leave.
