  Had trouble with the City, state, zip section . I couldn’t get any checks because one area asked for my city, state, and zip while another area asked for my zip and the system kept saying there was a problem. The difference btw the city, state, zip question and the zip question would not allow me to purchase checks.

  If I could give them no stars i would. I chose the Holy Trinity as my symbol. They put something else on 4 boxes of checks that looks cartoonish. This is NOT the same Bradford Exchange I knew and loved. Their customer service os ovrrseas and we know how fast that destroys a companies reputation. They dont care. Never again.

  Ordered checks and they double charged my cc. Called customer service and they told me they hold money and then charge the card (creating two charges) once shipped. I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get the hold charge back. SHADY!!!
