lady was very rude and careless she had extreme attitude. Did not catch her name but she was talking very aggressively acting like she didn’t care about working there. The other man that works there is amazing and kind unlike her.

The staff in this store is so rude. Just because you’re not happy in your work place don’t take it out on the customers who keep you employed. Big tall no teeth bald guy has no teeth because he’s probably been punched a couple hundred times.

Eva & Richard are disgusting siblings with foul mouths and terrible customer service. "Good help is had to find" yeah so is customer loyalty. If BP offered a LIVABLE WAGE, It wouldnt be hard to hire those with excellent people skills *introverted people with no human skills would be better than that oompa loompa* BP hires literal TROLLS(take a look at Eva for yourself) her own coworkers don't even like the lying dog. BP hires disgusting, FOUL MOUTHED, incestuous emoloyees because they know you will continue to spend $$ there. Yeah, everyone gotta eat but eva.. built for factory jobs.? after all the scandals revolving around BP you would think they would atleast clean up the storefront trash. all the money BP makes.. but they cant hire decent humans.. thats weird. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! RUDE AND IGNORANT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Need to speak to a manager ASAP and will file a corporate complaint as soon as their offices open Monday morning. I’ve been a customer here for over 10 years since I moved to the Niles area this has always been my go to bp. All this time I’ve never been served with such disrespect as I was my past two encounters with Eva! Coming out from behind the counter to yell in my face and claiming I’m not allowed to shop there? Okay we will see about that. Like I said I’d like to be contacted immediately. This is a business and should be run as one not as Eva’s personal fight club.

Best kept secret in Niles! Best gas station in the area! Well maintained and polite staff! Clerk Jessica has renewed our faith in humanity by going above and beyond. She came out to the pump in the rain to return an item we dropped in the store. Keep being awesome!
