“Paulen Auto is a fantastic body shop in Chicago, the best I've been to. I took my VW GTI in after a small accident involving my front bumper, and Maciek told me he could get "90-95% of the damage out with just a buff + repaint." He did not disappoint, and I'd say it was much closer to 100%. The bumper looks brand-new, and I ended up saving about $1000 over a new one. “My car was rear ended and I went to Caliber Collision to fix the damage. The service is excellent, clear communication, they took the car in right the way, and provided regular updates. The car looked brand new after the work was done. I was very impressed with everything that Caliber Collision has done. Interestingly I am writing this review 3 years later than repair date: everything worked perfect after the repair.The insurance of the person the rear ended me paid for full repair total of $8485.85. Caliber Collision dealt with the insurance and gave me a very detailed, itemized copy of the work done and pricing for it. This is an amazing service.”

“I had a very positive experience at wilmette auto body. I scratched the passenger side of my car pretty badly right before labor day weekend. I wanted to put the entire ordeal behind me and called around to a few auto body shops near my area but they were either a bit rude or didn't have great reviews.
The moment I called wilmette auto body and spoke with Sabrina, I felt like my unlucky day got a lot better. She was incredibly kind and after sensing my urgency did her best to squeeze me in for an estimate day-of (even though they were very busy). Dean inspected my car very thoroughly and after reassuring me there was no major damage, sent me an estimate 1 hour after I left the shop. I was able to get on their calendar right after the weekend and after 3 days my car was back to looking brand new. I thought for sure I could find where the damage was painted over, but I honestly can't find it (Dean and his team are that good!)
Every interaction I had with Dean and Sabrina was great. I would highly recommend them.”

“I've been bringing my cars here for more than 15 yrs now. Owner Ken is not only experienced and skilled but as honest as one can get. He's just a great human being overall. God bless this man! He'll never upsell, fixes only what is necessary and never even charges a lot to the point I often leave feeling guilty. I don't even bother asking what the repair cost will be when dropping off my cars at his shop. No wonder he has tons of regular customers who have been coming to his shop for the last 20+ yrs.
