Ah, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Niles, where consistency reigns supreme like a well-rehearsed magic trick! ?✨ I've waltzed through this establishment's doors time and time again, and it never fails to impress. This place has cracked the code of top-notch hospitality, and I'm here to spill the beans. The front desk crew? Friendliness levels off the charts! It's like they've been sipping cups of sunshine before every shift. ?☀️ Their attention to detail is so sharp; I once dropped a pin in the lobby, and they found it before I could even finish saying "Oops!"Cleanliness, oh sweet cleanliness! This place could give a cat's obsession with cleanliness a run for its money. ?? The entire establishment gleams with the kind of cleanliness that makes you wonder if they've secretly employed a squad of cleanliness ninjas. Seriously, not a speck of dust in sight. But wait, there's more! The rooms, cozy and inviting, provide a retreat that rivals a bear's den in hibernation season. The beds? Like sleeping on a cloud made of marshmallows. ☁️?️And the breakfast! Don't get me started on the breakfast; it's like they've summoned a culinary wizard to whip up a morning feast fit for royalty. ??In summary, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Niles is the gold standard of consistency. So, if you're seeking a place where you can expect nothing less than perfection, pack your bags, and head on over. It's a five-star experience that leaves you wondering if they've secretly mastered the art of perfection. Bravo! ???

We were in town from Southern Ohio to attend an alumni event for my wife and her friend. This hotel was very convenient from the location of the event in Edison Park. The room was very nice, and the staff was welcoming. My wife's only complaint was that the toiletries were a bit limited. She was hoping for a disposable toothbrush and single-use toothpaste pouch that we've seen at other hotels (since we forgot to bring our travel dental care kits). Other than that, everything seemed nice for the price of the room. The breakfast was very nice, with pretty much every item you could think of (i.e. cereal, yogurt, bacon, omelettes, pancakes, cinnamon rolls and more!). If we ever find ourselves in northern Chicago we will definitely consider this hotel again!

The staff at this Holiday Inn were great, especially the breakfast staff. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure that we had everything we needed. The breakfast itself was also very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from.Unfortunately, the furniture in the lobby was stained and didn't look very nice. Additionally, the floor in our room had a blood or wine stain on it (see pictures).Overall, we had a good stay at this Holiday Inn. The staff was great, the breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable. However, the stained furniture in the lobby and the stain on the floor in our room were disappointing.Despite these issues, we would still recommend this Holiday Inn to others. The staff is great, the breakfast is good, and the rooms are clean and comfortableRooms: Our room has nasty stains on the carpet

So far I've been here a week with my job... Must say the service is impeccable. Love the room! Very upscale, Spacious Galore! Love the set up, Huge bed and I absolutely LOOOOOOOOVE the Halo light around the mirror in the bathroom.I've only had one crazy Incident with the person I the room next to me last night playing REALLY loud music disturbing me late at night.I work long hours with my job and when I get back to the hotel all O wanna do is eat and go to bed.. This LOUD GHETTO Woman was playing this hip hop rap music so LOUD I could hear it all the way in my room. Had to call the front desk TWICE and they couldn't seem to get her under control.. She was yelling at the front desk manager when he came up to confront her and tried to yell at me..I told them both that my next step was calling the police for her disturbing the peace and I closed my door.... Next thing I know it was peace and quiet.Other than that it's been a really great stay.. fridge in the room...nice microwave... Foyer in my room so it's all good for me.. I'd definitely stay here again Rooms: Love my room. Very spacious, foyer, microwave, cabinets, fridge, sofa sleeper, huge king-size bed, high tech lightingSafety: Felt very safe. Police station right across and down the street

After checking in, I hung my shirt up in the bathroom to steam out the wrinkles. When i went back to check on it 30 minutes later it had a yellow stain on the shoulder. There were yellow dripplets on the floor mat, the counter and dripping down from the air vent. It looked like and smelled like urine. The night manager moved me to a new room immediately but 4 days later, the manager still hasn't called to discuss the incident and reimbursement for the shirt or points. Nasty room, poor management. Sleep elsewhere!

Jeremy at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly with everything we needed. He was above and beyond with his service. The rooms were neat and clean. I was within walking distance to work and CVS which just made everything so much better.Rooms: Comfortable and clean rooms!

I only stayed here because it was close to an event I attended. Check in and checking out was fairly easy but the part that got me was the provisioning of toilet paper, towels and trash bags. I literally had to badger the front desk/cleaning lady for extras as if I didn't spend over $150 a night to stay there. Upon entering my room for the first night I noticed that they left a used toilet paper roll in the bathroom instead of providing a fresh roll. Also, the hotel itself is outdated and tacky.

Nice hotel. Rooms were clean and comfy. You can see the planes take off and land from ORD. Would I stay here again? Maybe? The location is nice, 10mins to two different trains. The service at the front desk is just rough. Was never recognized as being a platinum member, questions were half answered at best, had to call the 888 number to get welcome points. So if you're a IHG rewards member. Be aware. It's not like others for recognition.

Very clean. Nice rooms. Staff was nice.edit: I had a miss charge when I stayed and the lady at the front was nice and took care of it however it was not actually taken care of. I was overcharged. When calling the company customer service line they said they would talk with the manager on site to try and fix the problem. I never heard back from the manager on site. It is unfortunate because the rooms were nice but had difficulties with payment and staff interactions. That is why I have had to change my rating.

I reserved this room through Priceline and was very disappointed. I read reviews and felt very comfortable about this hotel but this might not have been the best timing to visit. They have enough free parking(front and back) so that's not an issue. They do offer hot breakfast which was decent and I enjoyed (after my experience the previous night stay). The room was clean and spacious which i liked a lot, but the floors were odd. I'm not sure what's under the carpet but they're weak and you can hear every step made which would explain why they give you a card asking for quiet hours after 10pm to respect your neighbors. I think that's bad that you have to tip toe around to not disturb someone under you. Lastly, i decided to go down for a swim and the pool wasn't clean (pictures added). I informed the gentleman at the front desk that maybe the filtration system isn't working and he says it doesn't have one!! His response was "We have someone come once a week to clean it but today we had a lot of people to swim"! So the murky water is filled with skin shed and urine, got it!! So disgusting and unsanitary!! Maybe a less busy time is better but I can't see how anyone can tell that from booking. Just need to do a little better and could be awesome.

Was really looking forward to bacon and eggs at breakfast, along with the cinnamon rolls. No bacon, instead it was Turkey sausage patties. I managed. The rest of the experience was fine. The front desk staff were very helpful.

Very nice hotel. Very clean room. Breakfast was very good, although very carb heavy, and ran out of sugar free jam by Monday. Walls are a little too thin as we could hear the neighbors screaming at each other. Doors to rooms also could be better sound proofed and softer closing. Had to slam doors to close (thank God I wear ear plugs to sleep). Only gripe is that we smelled cigarette smoke in our room. I had to go downstairs and report it as none of us smoke and we did not want to get charged the smoking fee of $250. Was a little disappointed that this was a non smoking hotel and the front desk simply said \\\"yeah, that happens\\\". Would still stay here again.

The lady manager at the front desk was very rude and unpleasant during check-in. After we checked out they proceeded to charge us a smoking fee. When I called the same unpleasant manager said that people on our floor complained of the smell of smoke which is an absolute lie. We checked in at 9:30 PM and checked out at 11 AM. In that time we went outside three separate times to smoke passing by the front desk on the way in and out. Why would I go outside to smoke if I was smoking in the room? The hotel is also outdated and had a lingering smell of mold in the hallways. There was water marks in the ceiling from an apparent leak in our room and the shower head had horrible pressure. Along with the bed being very uncomfortable, I was willing to ignore that for a one night stay but the entitlement and power trip of the manager is what led to this review. She also proceeded to say “well you need to follow the rules”as if she was speaking to her kindergarten class. I will never Stay at this hotel ever again and I highly recommend you don’t either.
