This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. The room was very bright and clean with comfortable beds and seating. The bathroom was also very clean. The lobby area is full of nice seating areas and the breakfast provided was good. It's the staff that truly make this hotel great. From the front desk to housekeeping to the kitchen, everyone smiles and greets you - and shout-out to Muhammed at the front desk, he is exceptional!!!

Nearby activities: It's in Niles. Illinois. So plenty of things to do.
Safety: 100%
Walkability: Everything around 10 minutes radius.
Food and drinks: Plenty of choices.

Great hotel. The room and bathroom were large and clean. Beds were very comfortable. We booked the hotel because of the parking space. This is free and easy to access. Depending on the traffic situation, you can be in downtown Chicago in 20 minutes, and the airport is also nearby. We felt very safe in the area around Niles, it was very quiet and you could only hear airplanes every now and then. The breakfast is typically American, the quality was not that great but ok for the price. The only negative experience we had was that the staff left our room door open. This made us very upset and could have a really bad outcome. Luckily none of our things were missing. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to explore Chicago and the surrounding area with a rental car.

I was so very pleased with this location over a lot of Hotels I’ve stayed including out of the country. The continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful. However, my most pleasing option was that they provided daily housekeeping which is not a thing a lot of places anymore. We have stayed at other hotels in this state and others and you have to beg for your room to be cleaned, fresh linen or trash emptied. This hotel sent someone by EVERY DAY and I was thankful because they cleaned the bathroom. I Will be returning to Chicago really soon and definitely will stay here again. My family and I stayed at hotels in the downtown area with supposedly higher star ratings and was not as pleased.

I never write 1-star reviews but this has been the worst experience .
My family has stayed in this location and the one in Skokie a million times and we never had this experience before . But today was horrendous .
It is 1:17 am right now , I have 2 toddlers sleeping in the room with me and the music is blasting into our window from the speaker. When I called the front desk I could hear the music playing LOUD in the background too so they have to know that some of the guests can hear it in the rooms as well .The lady working the shift had no access to the room from which the music is managed , so I’m stuck in a room with horrible music and can’t sleep or rest .
I have never had this bad of an experience but in this is just idiotic . Why don’t the employees have control over the volume of the music???? It’s loud and obnoxious ! Look for a different hotel if you’d like to sleep at night .

Nice hotel in Chicago, prices are very cheap in comparison with another hotels and they are pet friendly so you can travel very easy with your pet without problems

Hotel staff are nice. Unfortunately we learned that the EV charge station is not working and that’s part of the reason for the booking. The hotel did not offer to make any accommodations for such.

Stool mark toilet seat in one room, unkown sticky mark on a table in the 2nd room. Unflushed residual stool in the 3rd room.
