Immediately after purchasing my QX 60 we realized that the computer system was glitchy and didn't work. I was told in no uncertain terms from my sales associate and the manager of the store that this was not their problem anymore and the car was mine. Eventually after multiple visits to Service they "replace the computer ". It continued to not function and connect with my phone. Lots of glitchy issues. They offered no help. Frequently, I would show up there, and the loaner that was promised to me was not available. After contacting corporate Infiniti, they were able to help me. I would absolutely not recommend this place of business to anyone purchasing and Infiniti.

I sent my husband to get a remote start as a gift. I am not sure why I called and someone confirmed the appointment as well as what was getting done weeks ago, for him to be turned away saying it's 3rd party who handles remote starts and installing it. A waste of time as we are an hour away and we had this scheduled in.

I brought my 2014 Infiniti to Enzo, he and I clicked off the jump and had a wonderful session. He helped me to resolve multiple issues which arose in my cars engine and with guided me to the right people for exterior work. I’d 1000% recommend anyone with a car to visit and get the professional assistance and guidance they need!!! My boy Enzo gon get you RIGHT !!!! In a clean environment the team surrounding us was focused and in 6th gear ready to rock and roll.

Thank you to Norberto for all the help and for everything he got taken care of through warranty. Also he had put me in a brand new 2023 loaner for the time my car was being serviced. I got my car back 2-3 days ago and I noticed that they did an oil change for me as well and got the car running back perfect! Highly recommend Norberto!!

Lee Zarras and his team was absolutely top notch. Would have never received the attention they gave me anywhere else. They called the warranty company for me and negotiated everything! They gave me a loaner car to get me to the hospital where I needed to be for my grandfather. Absolutely 5 star experience. Thank you Lee. You were a life saver.

Anything to do with a car these days seems to be stressful. The haggle of having the old car appraised, the trade-in process, the looking at and test driving of a new car, the paperwork, etc., etc…it’s all time consuming and no one wants to deal with that in today’s world. After a very frustrating experience at another non-Berman dealer, I happened to be driving by the Berman dealer in Niles, IL. I absolutely knew I was in the right place the second I stepped in. I could barely take off my sunglasses before I’d been greeted by an amazing smiling face and several other sales team members who seemed to all be waiting for me to walk through the door. I connected with Omar and that’s where the fun began. I explained what had just happened at the other dealership and then started telling Omar was I was looking for. Omar listed to every single word I said. He presented me with a few options and then pulled a couple of cars around for me to test drive. By the time I’d made up my mind (I went only an hour before closing on a Saturday evening), it was too late to handle all of the paperwork and Omar and I agreed to do everything once the weekend was over. Before I left the dealership, he’s already sent me a link to complete the credit application. I did that and submitted a few other documents and didn’t think anything of it. Come Monday morning, I received a message from Omar that everything was done and all I needed to do was show up, sign some papers, and swap cars. It was truly that easy. What made this experience different is, hands down, the customer service provided by Omar and his manager, Jordan. These guys valued my time, my needs, my thoughts and opinions, and, most importantly, they value my business. I felt like I was the only one at the dealership and I was treated as such. I actually had fun buying my new vehicle! I’m officially part of the Berman family and I couldn’t be more thrilled! Let me just sum it up like this: If you want to have an amazing and fun car buying experience, go to Berman and ask for Omar. You absolutely can’t go wrong.

The Berman family treats people like family. Had multiple issues with my 2022 QX60 Lee Zara’s and Mark were amazing in the Infiniti service department. All my issues were resolved in a timely manner. Great dealership, from sales to service wouldn’t go anywhere else.
