My Dukedom was restored, just in time for the new season of Bridgerton. My duchy, Ye Olde Bathe & Body Workes, in the suburb of Niles, County of Cook. I was greeted most cordially (befitting a Duchess) by the enthusiastic and friendly staff people, who extolled the newest "diamonds" of the season. Sparkling, scintillating scents they spritzed, and directed me toward the Bridgerton display. Ladies and Gentlemen of the Ton, the Upper 10,000, these are the coveted scents -- Danbury Shortbread and Wisteria Garden. Just in time for my Bridger-Tea. Invites have already been issued so if you did not receive one...oh dear!

All Bath & Body Works is an experience there's so many things to choose from it's it smells so wonderful in there and all the girls are very very friendly and nice and very accommodating I recommend them very highly

The manager there, Barbara, is very unpleasant. She has a poor attitude and needs to work on her customer service. I brought in 2 wallflowers that were defective with my receipt to do an even exchange and she wouldn't even hear me out and immediately was like, "no".I called customer service line and without question, they're sending me two new ones.She definitely needs a lesson or two on how to treat her customers because she clearly hates her job.

Wish i could give this place 0 stars. I went in with my mom and the lady working the front offered my mom a candle. My mom smelled it and then the lady offered it to me saying “you can smell it too, bud” thinking I was a guy. I am a 16 year old girl, and I was wearing a pink sweatshirt. I then went to the car and cried. This hurt my self esteem and it was wrong for the lady to say that to me. Never will I be coming back.

I like that this location is well stocked and in a convenient location, however compared to every other Bath & Body Works location I’ve been to, the employees here aren’t as friendly or welcoming. This doesn’t apply to every employee there, however there are a couple that are extremely grouchy. The woman that rung me up suggested the coupons I was trying to use were already “redeemed” even though I had just recently gotten them in the mail and had torn them out of the booklet that same day. I emphasized that I didn’t redeem any of them, but she just gave me a blank stare like I was either lying or stupid. I ended up not using them and walked out without getting my free body care item. Never had a problem with any of the coupons they send me or a negative experience such as this. It honestly spoiled my day.

Especially with the coupons - great deals! At this particular location - super friendly and helpful staff. Pretty easy to find parking also.
