I always pick this store over the one down the road. Staff has always been helpful and customer service is excellent, over the phone and in-person. I just had a battery issue under warranty and the way they handled it was truly exceptional and is a gold standard. I highly recommend this place for your auto parts & needs. The other one down the road is a disgrace!

AutoZone was my go to store for parts for decades, not anymore. To the Black female employee that attended to my needs, Customers don't cater to you, its the other way around. Next time, Don't order the customer to go with you and make them carry the car battery by themselves from the back room. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Corporate will love you for this, I guarantee it. We passed by 2 empty push carts on the way to the back, you didn't even bother grabbing one. I see you got your nails done. If you didn't want to chip your nails, you could have asked the male employees for help with the battery instead of asking the customer. For the employees witnessing what was happening & had that surprised look. Anyone of you could have stepped up and change the situation but decided not to do the right thing. Anyway, I really hope you improve on your customer service.
