In this day and age, it's not unusual for the dealer to agree upon a price and then tack on thousands of dollars once you physically step into the dealership (another Infiniti dealer did just this to me), but Niles Infiniti honored the agreed upon price. The salesman did a great job going over the cars features. He contacted me after I bought the car to see if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, as stressful as going to car dealers is, dealing with Niles Infiniti was pretty low stress and it was a smooth transaction.”
