The worst location I have ever been to. The workers don’t know what they are doing very incompetent. The manager should really consider coming in and retraining them all.

Outstanding customer service. They go above and beyond to help you with your phone service needs. Expert advice and very patient and knowledgeable. We had a very complex issue and they were able to resolve it quickly and professionally. My family and I have been coming here for years and they always do a great job.

There is no honesty in dealing, and you employ workers who do not understand what they are doing and speak contrary to the agreement. They told me that the speed is 300, and when I wanted him to come and inspect the line, he asked what the speed was, and he said 3. They are lying, and when I went to the center and spoke, they said to me, “You are new to the company, but after one year of subscription, it starts to increase. What a lie. The workers are not honest in their dealings. They just want me to subscribe and register that they are active and bringing in new subscribers. They must know that the city has large companies that are honest in their dealings.” Speed and handling. There is another thing. I received the offer in the mail at home, and it was written that the subscription is $55 per month, and when I went, they also wanted to withdraw $33, so I asked the female employee, “What is $33, why?” and she said, “No.” I know you lie a lot, and thank you, I canceled the subscription after 4 days. I ran in here all frantic because my phone had been frozen for two hours. The really nice lady behind the counter helped me out and when she couldn’t figure out she called her manager figured it out. Great customer service!

Alijah help me with my upgrade and he had 10/10 customer service. Even when there was more customers coming in the store he was multi tasking helping multiple customers at once while being the only one working on his shift, truly a super hero at his job, I really hope this review helps him with his careerAt AT&T

I would first like to say that I never rate or review anything, and that’s just because I never really have time to do anything extra. But I made sure to make it my priority to get back on here and praise a young lady who worked at this store. Her name is Jackie! Because when so many other places tried to sale me something of none truth she could see that I was older and that I wasn’t into all the tech savvy stuff and still didn’t try to take advantage of me when I was not in the know how. And I must say that is so huge because the new young generation can easily at times take advantage of a situation and not want to do their jobs the right way or they just want to take an extra sale or an up sale on something so that they get commission on that product but that is one thing I seen in here, even when she didn’t need to be there because her boss basically walked out and said to hell with the place, but not her she was still there willing to help out anyone that was going to come through those doors, and even though she did do her part by offering up a sales or better yet an upgrade for a device that we spoke upon she wasn’t pushy though and it wasn’t about the money with her she was just giving advice from her own perspective and what she thought sounded better for her likings but also keeping me and my likings at a n up front conversation point, and like I said she wasn’t trying to be pushy or over bearing. She was just being kind, humble and very honest and Respectful! I’m not sure if she is still located at this location, more than likely not, because she did say she was going to be venturing off into another location. But either way I would like to appraise her and for all she has done for me and I know that she is continuing to do for the older generation that might not always be so quick when it comes to all the technology. We need more people in the world with Jackie’s kind of attitude and approach on life. So once again truly truly thankful for your kindness and hospitality, Jackie Thank You!!!!

The worst. AT&T ought to be ashamed. Downright rude. It is like they don't want the business. Unless you want to be treated poorly, go elsewhere for sure.
