Had a great experience at the store and our salesman Sam. Recieved the furniture and was very disappointed with the piece. Cushion did not fit correctly and another back cushion was overstuffed. Called customer service. By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Very disappointed. Never again.

Our sales consultant, Pam, went above and beyond in our search for a bedroom chair with rocking features. She even went through her warehouse inventory to search for us. We settled on a floor unit we found and are thankful for Pam’s help.
