Huge drop in customer service. Have been shopping here for ten years but won’t be back. Lack of knowledgeable workers and pushy customers that created wait time to be ridiculous and discounts as members that are customary had to be asked to be applied. I’ll just shop for sulwahsoo at Saks now.

The woman helping us was very nice and polite. Although she couldn't communicate so well with us, she tried, and that's all that matters. Always kept a smile and gave us many samples.

Aritaum in H Mart is one of my favorite places to visit when I'm here! All the workers are so nice and helpful. They are so sweet and always willing to help out with products that I'm looking for. If you happen to come to h mart you should come look around and buy things with good deals! I love this place so come and check it out!

I stopped in yesterday because I have had my eye on the Laneige Two Tone Lipstick. The woman who helped me was very nice and helped me try several on so I could see which color looked best. I ended up buying the Daring Darling color. I forgot to get her name, but I wish I would have because she deserves recognition for a job well done. She sent me home with a few samples which she thoroughly explained to me how to use. I will be back next time I am in that area to buy another shade of the Lipstick and some other items. The products are a bit on the pricey side, but worth it.

I stopped by this store on my way out of Hmart. I loved the attractive display of face masks. The sales women were helpful and very nice. I was apologetic as I had disturbed them at lunch but they were so sweet and didn't make me feel as if I had interrupted them. The face masks were of different varieties, of different prices and benefits. After my purchase, the salesperson actually took time out to explain to me how to use the masks (I have been buying similar types of masks at other stores but no one ever spent time to explain how to optimally use these masks). I only spent $20 but I was treated very well. The lady asked me if I had any skin concerns / skin type. She gave me some samples of good quality products. Nice sales staff, attractive and worthwhile products. Cute and chic beauty store. If you are an non Korean wanting to try amazing Korean products, this is a must visit. I will definitely be coming back to buy other products.

I was not going to write a review but after 3 bad experiences, I had to write it. first time I went to store i was buying a gift for my fathr in law. a person who helped me was nice and went over things with me, end up spending over 150.00. few month later my husband ran out of his skin care, since we had a good experience, we went there. we asked if we can have a sample to smile, she looked at us like we were crazy, then just left to help other customer, just walked away.... my husband pull me away and told me he had some left and we do not need to ge it that day. so few weeks passed we went there again to buy some shampoo and his skin care, this time she did not even ask us if we needed help and started helping people that came in after us. 2 weeks ago, while I was in hmart, I saw they had special on compact I wanted to try. I was wondering if it was same product as what I saw at nieman marcus, since it was 20 dollars cheaper. she was helping other customer, so I waited while she chatted without even looking up at me, they got about 170 dollars worth of stuff, I guess it was good sell, she was offering different type of sample for them. but I waited.... when she was done, I started to ask if this color will be right for me, she was like " yeah" ( in korean) and walked a way to help someone who came in after me. I should not of gotten the compact but I asked her to ring me up. when she rang me up she asked for membershipncard. I asked her if I can give her my number.... she look iterated. I was about to ask her if she had a sample for man, her reply was we dont have a such a thing....... I never been to any korean make up shop and been treated so bad, notbjust once, but many times.... I just order on line and pay the shipping if I ever get amore product again...
