I was in niles location several times and alma was also kind patient and informative. Mgmt seemed at times overwhelmed and curt with some staff but regardless the staff always gave the customers a pleasant experience!

Great service. Friendly professional environment The staff are very cordial and pleasant.
I was pleased with the exam, The optometrist was thorough and professional. The manager Sayed was very attentive skillful and .professional as well with a nice sense of humor and fine demeanor. He helped me in finding the right frame ( eyeglasses ) that would fit my face. Overall I would recommend this location for anyone in need of an eye exam.

Quick and efficient my appointment was at 11:40 I’m walking out the door by 12:15 everything paid for locked and loaded. Syed the manager is so helpful and acts like an associate which I appreciate because he treats his workers as he is himself. Great service great quality

I had an outstanding experience at America's Best Contact Lenses & Eyeglasses, largely thanks to KC who provided exceptional help and kindness throughout my visit. The service was top-notch, from scheduling a quick appointment for my eye exam to receiving high-quality glasses. I couldn't be happier with the level of care and professionalism I experienced.
