It was amazing mattress shopping I've ever got.I was considering between tempurpedic and nectar, but Kevin help me a lot!Thanks to him, I purchased amazing tempurpedic mattress and fram. He was really professional and he gave me good explanation in super easy way.It was first time spending almost $5000 for mattress shopping, but it was really worth it.Literally, I stayed almost 1 hours half minutes at the store, he answer bunch of all my questions. I didn't even think about it a little more and I just made the payment right away!!Highly recommend this store and with Kevin!

Kevin was extremely friendly and super sweet, especially in the delivering process of the mattress, my mom was content with the purchase and my sister loves her new mattress as it’s very soft and like sleeping on a cloud ☁️ I’d highly recommend this location & his services if you’re wanting someone who knows what he’s doing, helpful and charming! Give this man a raise!⭐️

The store itself was very organized and neat - as is expected; it had a very cozy vibe. What separates this place of business from other stores is Joseph Carine (674). He provided beyond excellent customer service and made the entire experience pleasant and informative for my girlfriend and I, who have limited knowledge on mattresses. As a Chicago police officer who wants to come back home to a good bed, Mr. Carine was very helpful and knowledgeable about the market. Give this guy a raise. Thanks again, Joseph!

Joseph was excellent! He was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. He directed me test mattresses based upon what I told him I was looking for and he allowed me to lie on the mattress for as long as I desired. Joseph responded to all of my questions positively and pleasantly.I always s purchase my mattress at American Mattress. Everyone is always pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

Joe Carine really was interested in our sleeping habits so that he could point us to the best bed for our needs. He encouraged us to lay down on several beds while explaining how each bed was manufactured. The afternoon was a great learning experience and I left confident that I chose the best bed for me.
