The old, white, large polish woman working tonight was the more rude and embarrassing than I've ever ran into at a store. I hope she is ashamed of herself and gets written up for her behavior.

Somewhat a busy Aldi but has a lot of options. Some items out of stock frequently. Busy area around Costco/gas and Target, driving can be challenging

The shelves are usually pretty empty- which is probably short staffing. The staff is helpful. They have self checkout which is amazing.

The stores always nice and clean well stocked and the staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly and make you feel like your family! I would definitely recommend shopping at this Aldi on Touhy Avenue in Niles..

They don't close their registers when they clean the floors during peak hours, so you are left going back and forth between registers like some lost puppy.

They always have what I need and they have TONS of self checkouts! No more waiting in lines down the aisle. Produce is hit or miss, but incredible value. My favorite Aldi in the area!
