I worked in Newton back in the 1980's and we did as good a job as we were allowed to do. Jack Ellis and Mike Swick did an awesome job trying to maintain a balance between backing their officers doing their job, and keeping the city father's at that time who didn't want zealous policing in the city happy. Not an easy job.

Accused me of having drugs I didn’t have. Argued with me for no reason even though I said he can search my car. Overall terribly unpleasant in general.
