Horrible service! The sales person was not in the building, he was "delivering" a vehicle. He showed up, never went to introduce himself to us and to ask him to give him a few minutes because he was "busy" with other customers. No one else was there! He talked to who I assume is his partner/wife and other employees. When 10-15 minutes passed up after they had told us he would arrive in less than 5, I decided it was time for us to leave. We start walking towards my vehicle, he asks "did you find anything you like?" I responded "yes, but the sales person hasn't showed up." He looks at me and my son like we should know it's him and points at himself and says " it's me". I then said "well you never came to introduce yourself so I didn't know who you were." He says "I'm busy, but what do you want to see?" I responded "nothing, thank you." because at this point I was upset at his unprofessional attitude and demeanor. I get into my car and he yells " I'm the only one here & I have other customers to attend to." I think he must have hid the customers because NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE! He was talking to his employees. I understand being busy but be professional and introduce yourself and say give me a few minutes meanwhile I sort somethings out. We would have been fine with waiting a little longer, since we drove 35 minutes to get there. His partner and other employee were super sweet and professional, he is a very rude unprofessional man! I just wish he would learn from the other two that were there today. I think he might make more money by losing money. ?

Jeff took care of me and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything about the car I was looking at. It was 1.5 hours away from me, but they made the service worth the drive. I've been driving the car a few days now and I'm happy.

I bought a honda Civic 2014 here. It had been the best purchase that I have made as it being my 2nd car. The Honda civic is reliable and I plan to keep this car forever. My experience was great as I was able to test drive this car and a ford fusion. There was no pressure on buying the car which I liked as I was able to take time to decide. This father and son team is incredible and I plan to purchase my next car here.

I purchased a VW Jetta from Jeff and had a great buying experience. Buying a used car I knew it could come with a few little issues but he pointed out any known issues and helped me understand how that may impact the vehicle. I've not had issues with the car and will definitely be back when it's time for my next car.

We bought a car from this business and will never buy from Newark again. The owner, Jeff is shady, extremely rude and untrustworthy. We were told that an issue we had would be fixed as part of the agreement. After the car was supposedly fixed, it was dropped off to us. The car stalled after driving it two miles. (He refused to give us a refund). Had them pick it back up and this time it was taken to a different mechanic. We were under the impression that the underlying problem was fixed the second time, however later, when it was time for an emissions test it failed for the exact same problem. Found out the initial work was never done and we were duped. The bottom line is I strongly suggest you think twice before doing business here. There’s too many unsatisfactory details to list. Buyer Beware. This now has to be handled in court.

If you are looking for a fancy building and a beautifully appointed lot you are not going to find it here. However, if you are looking for a car that has been gone over top to bottom and bumper to bumper for safety and reliability at a fair price then this is your place. They even stated there are many car brands they do not dewl with as they are not reliable enough to put their name on.
Our daughter was looking for a small, safe, reliable car for her first car. They gave her a good deal and treated her very fairly even including a 6 month warranty.
We found the car online and sent a message to which they responded in a timely manner so we had some basic information to decide if we wanted to make the hour long drive to give it a closer look. When we arrived they allowed us to test drive it and did not pressure us in any way. They were very casual and easy to work with.

Absolutely HAPPY with the whole experience of purchasing my new car! I just bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and was a little worried about how low the price was considering it was still fairly new ish car. But it runs like a dream and I have had no issues so far! Everyone here was very kind and easy to talk to so I truly don’t understand some of these 1 star reviews!! Definitely recommend this place 100%. Thank You for my wonderful car Newark Rides!!
*just want to add that there was a slight issue with the car and called them to check it out and they were more than happy to check and fix it up for me! very nice people who want their customers to be happy

Bought a car here for our daughter and have nothing but good things to say. Michael went above and beyond to make our car buying experience exceptional. Would definitely recommend, especially if looking to buy a first time car. We will come back to them in the future!
