I paid by using a cashier. She Rang everything up. I walk 20 feet and someone who I can barely understand wants to see my receipt. I say excuse me twice simply because I cannot understand what he is saying. Someone who doesn't work there walks by, gives me a dirty look, and says "he wants your receipt." As she walks by, she turns to the man she's with and says "what an @sshole" about me. So now I'm upset, frustrated, and angry all because some guy wants to see a receipt to check my goods after just paying a cashier 20 feet earlier. Two visits, two days, and I get stopped. WALMART, YOUR SYSTEM SUCKS. Going back to target where they don't ask.

Very clean. 5==4 Some of the Employee's where very rude. They need to learn manners. Like Sorry or Excuse me. Not run into to and look at you like it's your fault or stand there and talk to each other in the middle of the isles blocking everything and ignore the customer's. I won't be coming back to this Walmart again. Everyone acts like there entitled there.

Today is 12/29 and I went to return a Christmas gift. I waited a few days so that I'd avoid crowds. I usually don't go to this location because my nearest Walmart is in my own town but since I was in the area I thought I'd go to this one. I walk in and go to the Service Desk. There is a lady at the register finishing her transaction so I didn't have to wait at all. I proceeded to walk up and say Hi to the girl behind the counter. Nothing. I said, "How's it going?" And she proceeded to continue to not answer and simply scan my exchange. I then said, "Oh that good huh?" Still nothing. I think I got a smirk. She proceeded to finish my transaction and hand me my card and then simply said the amount on the card. I gave up and walked away. Walmart I get it you're hard up for employees I really do. But can you get someone who at least has a responsive person behind the CUSTOMER SERVICE desk who is customer service oriented. Sheesh.

My family and I run a seasonal non profit collecting pajamas and gift cards for local children’s hospital. We choose one major store in the community each year to support whilst buying thousands of dollars worth of pajamas and gift cards for our cause.Today as we were shopping (mind you we go early and explain to the cashier ahead of time what we’re doing and the time it will take to check us out), we were met with the most disheartening, unprofessional, unaccommodating and rude manager I have ever encountered.CARLA - New Lenox store manager was Inconvenienced as she had to open another register to accommodate customers behind us. We were attempting to purchase $1000 in gift cards for TWO local children’s hospitals. She was not talking directly to us, complaining that we were disrupting her register maximums and should have “done this online”. When I politely explained to her what we were doing, she wouldn’t let me speak, finish a sentence, and continued to talk over me. Did not care that we were donating to local children’s hospitals. Dismissed me with a literal hand in my face to another store manager. Mind you NO ONE was behind us, in the store, and the cashier was great!Come to find out (we own a local business and know a lot of community members who are aware of our yearly donation event), CARLA was overhead talking to coworkers hours later about us and our encounter- where a customer (our neighbor) over heard her.Walmart- The fact that you employ such a person who was not only not accommodating to a customer in general, but a customer who is attempting to spend thousands of dollars to support children in need? I will never visit your store again. I will be sure to let every single person on every social media avenue know what we encountered at at your store.CARLA- may you never be in need. Also if you would like to switch jobs one day - I’m an oncology nurse- I’d love to go a job where I’m “bothered” to ring up thousands of dollars to help children and families during Christmas time.

The free delivery is a plus but getting a two hour delay for a delivery when we ordered the food literally last night at 8pm and asked for it to be delivered by 4pm the following day. Then they report a two hour delay?! How much time in advance do you need to make your order for it to arrive on time. Not cool. Unprofessional, unorganized, lacking efficient shoppers, and drivers.

Horrible store, I used to shop here a lot and after today no more. Was checking out (Self Check) because they offer NO full checkout lanes now and was basically accused of not scanning correctly. There were a couple Christmas items not in system tripping scan and causing not found error and I get a rude staff member asking me why I am swiping funny or such as if I am stealing? Then staff shows up around area looking at me as if I am about to get stopped but no one did. I showed this troll every item on screen was in bag scanned but was made to feel like a criminal. Well guess what, I will never spend another dime at this store again, what a complete insult from rude people when nothing was done wrong.

Have been standing here with for 15 min now waiting someone has called over the loud speaker for someone to come help us yet no one has came to help. And all employees keep walking around looking at us yet not helping.

Its stupid in this day and age to not support Apple Pay. On top of that, my ONE item I needed I couldnt just pay through pick up and leave, I had to pay and wait 3 HOURS TO GET IT..... The pickup area is also so secluded and hidden it took me a while to find it. I only go here when it is my last resort because I try to avoid such a crappy business like this. In addition, when I tried calling to check if an item was in stock, there was no option to simply talk with someone ..... Every option I clicked rang and rang no one picked up. Very disappointed
