Would rate 0 if could, Terrible customer service, won't replace defective vapes when you test it in front of them without leaving the store. They don't even have a sign up indicating no refunds or exchanges on defective vapes. Be willing to kiss 20 bucks goodbye, this is pretty much stealing. Most establishments take pride in caring for their customers and standing by the products they sell. This is not one of those, there are much better and cheaper places to buy your beer and tobacco products in New lenox, who actually take care of their customers. If you bought a case of beer from them and opened it in front of them and it was full of rocks and asked where the beer is, they'd tell you tough shit all sales are final. Terrible.

I've been coming to this store for couple months. I bought a package of cigars . The cigars were stale I ended up taking them back to the store a day later. The store clerk would not refund my money nor give me something and compensation of. The store clerk was rude and racist. You told me I was white and can afford cigars that are stale. I asked him to repeat himself because I wanted to make sure I heard that correctly. I'm a construction worker that likes to smoke cigars. This should have nothing to do with my color of my skin. She sold me stale cigars and wouldn't replace them.

This store sells a wide variety of drinks including goose island green line which I can't find at any other store in the area.They also have a nice selection of disc golf discs for sale for people that play since Haines disc golf course is only a 3 minute drive away.Friendly customer service and a well laid out and clean store and prices are good nothing overpriced or anything.
