VIP is where my family has taken our vehicles for years. Their staff is honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and they are great with communication. Very reasonable pricing, the best in the area. Highly recommend Mark and his crew!

I have been using VIP for years and will never go anywhere else again. These guys are amazing. No matter the problem they diagnose and fix it properly. I cannot thank or praise them enough. It’s hard to find shops that do this good of a job, they always get to the bottom of things and have never return a car without properly addressing the issue. They are honest and fair. I have told them about issues that Firestone alerted me to during oil changes and nine times out of ten, I find out that Firestone was just trying to make a buck. Thank you Mark, Jesse, and the rest of the team!

I have been getting my cars serviced here for almost 10 years now. Never once have I felt like I was being upsold something I didn't need. They have always been professional and courteous. And Tori in the office is so stinking sweet and hospitable when waiting in the lobby! I highly recommend VIP Automotive.

Took my truck there to get my trans rebuilt. They let my truck sit for 4 weeks after telling me it would only take 2 weeks. So they had my truck for a total of 6 weeks. A week after I got my truck back my differential blew up due to them not filling my rear diff up. They then repaired the diff and had to have noticed the loose u-bolts on the passenger side and their fix for it was zip ties. I was very nice and respectful and mark didn’t even apologize for the mistakes they had made. I would never recommend this shop to anybody.

Bought a vehicle sight unseen and had it brought to VIP after it had been sitting for 5 years. I gave them carte blanche to do whatever was needed to get it road ready. I also asked for pictures of the vehicle and they obliged. They explained everything that needed to be done and got it done in a timely fashion. This is my second time using this company and I was very happy with both experiences. I trust this company. This is a great place!

Amazing customer service, the people I spoke to were fantastic! My car was towed to VIP on Friday 2/29/24 and I had my car back by the end of the day! I will continue to bring my car there anytime I have an issue and would highly recommend VIP!

Always great customer service when I get my oil change. I decided to get my car serviced here and so glad I did. They kept me updated all along and made sure they got a part for me after it initially came in wrong since my son had his driving test the next day. I will definitely be using them again! They also have fair prices! Thank you for the great stress free experience!
