I always go into the UPS in New Lenox and everytime I walk in I’m always welcomed with a warm smile by Matt and Nawahl. These kids are so hard working and positive everytime. Such a great thing to be accompanied by in this cruel world. These kids seriously deserve a raise!!

I use this store on a weekly basis with no issue and today the staff were awful. They determined my box “not be a shipping box” and refused to accept my package without upselling me on a $3 shipping bag. The man who seemed to be the authority here was very rude and confrontational and could use some customer service training. I drove down the street to the Frankfort UPS Store and they accepted my package with no issue. I guess it was a shipping box after all.

Been a customer at this location for many years. Staff is always kind & courteous. Management is top notch and has helped me out with packages, large & small and at times of high value. I would recommend this location as a great place to address your shipping needs.

Extremely rude employees. My Amazon package was delivered in a clear plastic bag with a label slapped on it. Employee Sydney tried saying I was lying and it was not delivered that way. I stated it actually was and she argued over and over that in wasn't. Then she said if it was she needed the label on the bag. Meanwhile the Amazon return clearly stated to return it in "the original packaging and remove all labels." Which I did. Blonde older lady then said "this is why I can't wait for Amazon to start charging for returns." I will be calling corporate and reporting both of them. Incredibly unprofessional and rude.

Quick and convenient location for Amazon package returns. Other services include mailbox rental, printing, package preparation for shipment and UPS package pickup. Friendly customer service awaits.

Seems like a nice place. My neighbor who is disabled was told by UPS to bring a misdelivered to the nearest UPS store to be returned. So we went to this UPS store location and were informed they are not an actual UPS store they just basically use the name. Again this seems to be a nice place, but if you are not an actual UPS store you need to drop the name and stop misleading people. Reminds me of a Seinfeld episode.

I come to this store very often to ship packages the staff is extremely helpful and friendly specifically Kristen she goes above and beyond and she’s always smiling she take pride in what she does.
