Jeremy Adams performed an outstanding job diagnosing, ordering and repairing my AC unit. He consistently checked in and urged the Supply House to track our order as it took several weeks to get the correct parts in. He was very professional and courteous through the entire journey. I will continue to use this company and request Jeremy to perform the work. I'm sure everyone else there is great, but I just had really great experience working with Jeremy. The scheduling process was easy and I was able to get a quick appointment. Jeremy arrived as scheduled and was very polite and informative. He did an excellent job and explained everything that needed to be done to resolve the problem and provided input on future needs.

I would like to first say thank you to Update heating and cooling and to Jeremy Adams who did the work my Ac unit I called yesterday 8/28/2024 around 1:00 in the afternoon and they were at my house within the hour and had my air back up and running within a 1/2 hour they are the best.

I couldn't be more impressed by or satisfied with the entire team and level of service we received from Update Heating and Cooling today. Firstly, Update was able to send an uncommonly proficient service technician, Jeremy, here within an hour of my initial phone call, which surprised the heck out of me. Then when we learned it made zero financial sense to recharge/repair our 27 year old A/C unit and a new one would need to be purchased and installed, Update came back with the best price out of multiple quotes. The unit was found quickly and the install scheduled in less than 48 hours. Our home was built in the 1950's and has been added on to many times. When things get torn out and opened up, there are always surprises lurking. The air handler was slightly too large for the space available but Jason, the owner of the company who was part of the Install Team, wisely did not want to cut into our ceiling/trusses and began the search for a slightly smaller size, which was located about an hour away. Knowing there are 90's in the upcoming forecast, he wanted to get the job done for us today. So another member of the team, Jim, made the trek to Elmhurst for the other unit while James and Jason continued working outside and in our attic, which was like a sauna today. Jason, James and Jim all worked extremely hard and persevered today and we couldn't be happier with them and with Jeremy and everyone at Update Heating and Cooling Services - a great company with the friendliest, most competent, knowledgeable, hard-working, considerate people on board. Look no further, I'm telling you. I recommend them most highly.

I was having issues with my Noritz tankless water heater and my current plumber was not an authorized repair company so I found Update on the Noritz website and I called and they came out the next day. Quick service and Jeremy was a super technician. Explained everything and was very personable. Price was great too! You have my future business! Thank you!!!

I was referred by a previous client and they did an amazing job. I replaced my entire A/C unit and had my air ducts clean. It was a 3 man team and I appreciate the work. Plus they were the cheapest out of 4 other companies. Thanks ❤️

Jeremy was very helpful and explained the reasons for the issue we were having. We now have the info we need to handle excessive condensation in our A/C system. Nice guy too.

They responded immediately and got Jeremy out to my house within hours. He was experienced, informed, and kind. We ended up with a repair less than 12 hours after we called with the issue. Appropriate prices and efficient work.

My AC was not working properly. Jeremy came out and immediately identified the problem. He fixed the problem. I would recommend Update Heating and Cooling Services and Jeremy to anyone. Now my AC is working properly again

The technician that came out to inspect our air conditioner was very professional and knowledgeable about his trade. The company was able to do a quick turnaround time to get a new air conditioner installed fast. I would recommend Update to anyone!
