Don’t waste your time. Too busy to get back to you. 1 week for them to come view work .. another 2 weeks to just get a quote. No communication- Disrespectful of other peoples time.

I had to make more than one call to get them to come and provide an estimate for spring clean up and additional landscaping. Someone came out March 16 2022 but never provided an estimate. I called twice asking for the estimate and was told the estimator would call me back. Never happened. Got someone else to do the job. Guess they really don’t want the work.

I had the ground guys come out to give me a quote on a landscaping project. They came out, didn’t take any measurements, barely had anything to say except they’d email me a quote. That quote never came after about a month of waiting.I have since hired another company and the job is done but it was disappointing to have no communication from this company.

Recently switched over to The Grounds Guys for lawn maintenance. Their service and responsiveness prior to being a customer through the first few applications has been excellent. I would highly recommend them.
