I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at Speedway, all thanks to Becca. From the moment I stepped into the store, Becca's warm greeting and genuine smile made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.
Her attentiveness to my needs was truly remarkable.
Becca's friendliness is contagious, creating a positive atmosphere. Not only did she provide exceptional service to me, but I also observed her interaction with another customer, and it was evident that she treated everyone with the same level of respect and kindness.
Overall, my interaction with Becca at Speedway was nothing short of exemplary. She exemplified how customer service should be – friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Price gauging at the pump at its best. They are never on the same page. One station says 3.79 the other a mile away says 4.02. Our country produces more oil than any other country now and gas is still almost $4/gallon in Illinois! It’s outrageous!

Can't tell what diesel they selling bio diesel or so. Basically customers paying for product they cannot know what they getting... the worst station to buy diesel......

This place it open 24 yeah right .it's a falsehood because they're open Monday one week then the next week they're closed.. why don't speedway or 711 make up there mind and just close at 11 pm. An reopen at 5 am so people have confidence that they will be able to shop there
