Absolutely poor customer service! Don’t waste your time trying to get an estimate from this company. I was trying to get an estimate for replacing 2 backlit sign. Mike promised to give me an estimate. One week had passed checking for update and I was told he’s working one it. Two weeks later checking for the update again, I was ignored. They don’t want your business and they will not get back to you at all.

Stop in with a banner idea I needed done for a show. Talking to Mike about it, nice guy, seemed like it was going to get done correctly. When I left he said he was going to email me prices. He Never did. I called on the first Friday and I asked if I could get prices with proofs. He never sent them. I called again on Monday asked him the same thing. He told me he was going email prices again!!! Obviously he never did. Thanks wasting my time. If you didn't want to do my banner you should of just said. I called another sign place in Tinley park I got prices and a proofs it took one day.
