The technician showed up right before the scheduled time. He cared for everything – from furnace duct cleaning to humidifier and furnace maintenance. And the best part? He tidied up before heading out. The process took about 3 and a half hours, and then he was off. I've got to say I'm satisfied with the service!

With the summer months approaching, the thought of having a cooling system was always on our minds. We were uncertain which company to contact, but I'm grateful I called S&S and their team. They've been incredibly kind and went out of their way to provide us with a fantastic aircon value package. They got me down for a schedule as soon as they could. After the initial visit they charged us $250 for the diagnosis but after that never responded to quote or schedule the repairs.
I called at least 3-4 times to get the quote for a compressor replacement but same lame excuse that the person who handles your account on the phone I'll have her call you back. After waiting for over 3 weeks I called a different company and the job was completed in 2 days. Maybe they're very busy but at least communicate.

S&S Mechanical Services Inc is the best heating and cooling company in the New Lenox area. They've got the most affordable ac repair service rates around and their staff is always willing to go above & beyond for the customer. I called several places last week trying to get my air conditioner serviced this week and these guys got me in without any problems.

I called five different companies last week before finding these guys and they were the only ones who offered me an appointment for this week. Our air conditioning system broke down during a hot summer week, and S&S Mechanical came to our rescue. They responded to our call promptly, and their technician was courteous and highly skilled. He diagnosed the issue quickly and performed the necessary repairs quickly. Our AC was back to cooling our home in no time, and the price was more than fair.
