It's been my home gym for years and cleanliness has recently improved. The newer young lady I've been seeing in the AM the last few days has been cleaning and working hard every morning I've been. Just wanted to give her a shout out!

Gary was super polite and helpful. The staff is very nice and the gym is full of all the equipment you need, and is never really super packed either

Taking back my old post as my gym shoes were stolen... It's disappointing to know some people still have 0 gym etiquette. The place is clean and the equipment is real decent but make absolutely sure to lock up your stuff. (It was snowing and my shoes were wet which is why they weren't in a locker)

Places filthy. The mirrors look like they never watched them in years. I wouldn't even share the pictures from the bathroom. Go to Planet fitness equipment place is cleaner even though it sucks it's better than me to infested gym.

Ive been coming to this gym for nearly three years now & love it! Everyone is friendly, the staff is lovely, & the equipment is kept in good shape!

Just signed up for a membership at the New Lenox location. I believe his name was Kyle who had helped me was great. I usually don't have good experiences with gym staff who are usually younger kids looking to meet a quota. Kyle was very helpful setting up the apps on my phone and showing me how to navigate them. He gave a good tour of the gym as well. Looking forward to start coming here!

This gym has everything that you need for lifting, endurance, and functional workouts. The manager is one of the nicest dudes and let me workout the first day without signing up. I couldn’t recommended this gym more.

Would easily be a 5 star without these things. No one puts away the weights after they are done. You always have the one person that doesn’t put away the weights at every gym. But at this gym it’s the norm to just leave all of your weight on the bar and leave. And even worse if they do decide to put some of the weight back they don’t take the time to look and place it where it belongs. Which means looking for a 10 pound weight is like searching for a needle in a haystack. Once you do find it you have to take off all the weights in front of it to get to it. It’s a pain to have to go through every single set if you are working the weight up.Like I said without everything above it’s a 5 star gym, absolutely love how clean the gym is and how it is 24/7. But the gym etiquette of the people who go here brings it down to a 3. Hopefully this can be resolved.

Reclaim fitness is right fit, right price gym...Gary does an excellent job keeping facility clean & machines running. Great people and always open....no issues working out before this holiday meals. Highly recommend the new lenox location!

Awesome place to work out no matter what your fitness level is. They keep everything so clean and fresh. They also do a phenomenal job at keeping their equipment together and up to date. I have been going there for years and I really love it.
