Very clean facility, however I've noticed the staff only greets white or Mexican members. I usually wouldn't care but staff go out there way too not speak ig it's the dreadlocks I have I mind my business, follow gym rules but it's fine maybe joliet location is better for me

So, all the Planet Fitness's are the same. They have a lot of cardio machines but not enough weights. Unfortunately, there are no scales!

I have been in many Planet Fitness facilities in IL, IN, KT, and TN. They are all well maintained and very clean. The New Lenox P-Fit is excellent. I meet the regional manager today Terry and had the opportunity to compliment him and his clubs for the cleanliness level (he was cleaning the doors/windows when I meet him). Keep up the good work.

Love the staff here!! Everyone is always amazing! Eric is a great help as a trainer! And the staff is always accommodating!! This is also the nicest gym I've been to! They are always cleaning! The equipment is up to date and working and when something goes wrong on any of their machines they are fixed promptly! All the TVs work! All in all the best home away from home!!!

Much cleaner and better maintained than Tinley Park. Employees that actually get out of their chair to speak with you. All around more professional.

yeah this gym was good for a bit but after a few months of coming here one of the workers keeps flirting with me and i shut it down every time and it’s annoying i’ve had enough of it im gonna be complaining more if something doesn’t get done

The gym is clean, and the staff is good. It is not as clean in tanning areas as the red light therapy one week ago was out of use due to bulbs, I then started using the hybrid bed that is out of use at the moment, and a massage chair take better care of equipment so it is available when going to the gym.

Way too many teenagers that just sit there on machines watching several tic Tok videos in between sets. Even had a few yesterday sprint past my training partner and myself to beat us to a machine then they just laughed and giggled and hung out.I realize it's not a hardcore gym,but I have to use every available 45lb plate in the gym when I do leg presses. There should at least be enough 45s stowed at the leg press to load it without having to take the plates from all the smith machines.It's great for the price otherwise, especially the black card membership if you use tanning beds,which are too notch there.I do most of my hardcore training at home in my well equipped garage gym.

This gym is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. Keep up the good work PF! I left my last gym because it lacked in these 2 areas.

I love this place one of the cleanest planet fitness. Madison is always working so hard to keep the place clean even at 5am. The customer service is amazing here you’re greeted when you arrive and leave. Ray is also super nice. Overall everyone is amazing here. Keep up the great work 10/10.The equipment is amazing as well still in good condition. Even on a busy day there’s always machines to use. Very large gym.

Pretty nice for the price. Weights area is way too small though. They should take out the 30 minute circuit area and make more room for free weights.Usually have to wait for equipment, specially now until the new years people get lazy again and quit.

Reduced to one star. Clearly they dont read these reviews. Save some money, TURN DOWN YOUR HEAT. It's a gym, doesnt need to be 72 degrees to keep the new employees comfy.
