We saw Dr. Bielman last night for my two year old son. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her, and the entire staff! They were so friendly and warm. Dr. Bielman took the time to explain everything to us and assess him. She was clearly knowledgeable. It was right before they closed but they never made us feel rushed. The X-ray tech was also wonderful. So patient and helpful. My son was in quite a bit of pain, and she was so gentle and patient. He ended up diagnosed with nursemaids elbow, and Dr. Bielman fixed it immediately. Again, I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience and the staff. We are so so grateful.

The medical assistance there do not know how to take blood pressure. Neither does the physicians assistant. It is a waste of your time. If you’re just going for a basic physical. Go somewhere else, they’ll treat you better. I was left in a room for over half an hour, but they continued to be unable to take my blood pressure accurately. Find another place. Do not go to this site in new Lenox.

10 , Dr Dudas is one of the best urgent care doctors I have had an experience with. Caring, compassionate, professional and thorough. All of his staff from the receptionist to the nurses additionally complimented his practice. Thank you Dr Dudas, Catherine, and Ginny and anybody I may have forgot to mention.

Made an appt online, fast and easy. They were on time. Place was clean. Computers were down but they constantly figured out a way around it to take care of me. Front staff could be more welcoming but I can’t say enough about the doc, Andrzej Dudas was great! Even followed up to see how I was feeling the following day.

I usually go my own doctor when I'm not feeling well but I couldn't get in to see him on short notice so I decided to try Physicians Immediate Care. I was so happy that I did. I never expected such great care. They conducted all the necessary tests and gave me all the medications that helped me recover. The staff was great and very friendly. They even sent me followup emails and phone calls. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Better experience than Silver Cross ER - very talented and kind doctors and staff who keep things moving as efficiently as possible while providing great care. Have seen for multiple rounds of stitches and both excellent.

Very impressed with how quickly I was checked in, saw the nurse/tech, Dr came in and was discharged! Everyone was very professional and caring. Highly recommend!

I was a walk in, on a full day for the office and found the receptionist polite and professional and they were honest about me expected wait time. Once I was called back the technician was very nice and the physician was very kind, patient, and professional.I felt I was in good hands and well taken care of.

I’ve been here 4 times twice for work and twice for personal reasons and the staff is always friendly. The wait times are a little bit long and appointments are HIGHLY recommended. I love the service I’ve received each time and it’s definitely more cost effective than the emergency room.

Went in for an injury from domestic violence this morning. Was told I had it wait onsite and couldn’t leave for 1.5-2 hrs to see a dr. I was still bleeding. The monotone, couldn’t care less attitude of the receptionist helped me leave out without care. Thanks

Arrived and checked in as I made a last minute appointment before a hospital visit as I wanted my infant to be seen as soon as possible. Was told by pediatrician to do so. When I briefly explained to the receptionist why I was there I was told to sit down and not one minute later a woman in the back was criticizing me for not wanting to bring my child to the hospital as I didn't want to risk her catching something worse if I was just being paranoid. I understand medical facilities are short staffed but that was entirely unprofessional. I heard her LOUDLY talking about me and she didn't know anything about the situation other than the briefing I gave to the receptionist because I didn't feel to give her the whole 2 week long story. I made sure the receptionist knew I could hear her to which she walked to the back and said something and that she'd make sure I wasn't with that provider. Absolutely uncalled for. How DARE you shame a first time mom for literally trying to do her damn best. I hope no one ever makes you feel the way you made me feel today. My child's only symptom was a cough and no fever but the cough got progressively worse. She wasn't in critical situation.Update. After reaching out to their support email in their response no one ever got back to me. Was billed 165 for doing absolutely nothing for my child AND being belittled by staff
