They even made me a memorial picture of her. Current fur baby is entitled to the same treatment. She is a picky eater, and they have worked with us to find food she will eat most of the time.

1271 N Cedar Rd, New LenoxOur mini goldendoodle received her first haircut back in January from Pawsitively Pamered with Emma. Emma did an amazing job on her cut and was so kind! It gave me peace of mind that I was leaving our girl with Emma. Today, I called with questions regarding hair maintenance (prevent matting) for our dog and Julianna, who answered the phone, was so so nice! She took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and provided great direction. Everyone on this team has been great, highly recommend!

My dog had major surgery, which was stressful for everyone, but the team at New Lenox checked up on us during and post-surgery to make sure all was well.
My dog actually loves going to the vet now! Every time I grab his travel leash he runs to the door because he wants to go see his friends at the clinic!
I wish I had gone here sooner; the small office means it’s not overly chaotic, and there are no long wait times like elsewhere locally.
Definitely take your pets here. You won’t regret it!

801 E Francis Rd, New LenoxWe are currently attending an obedience class for puppies here. Both my husband & I are thrilled with both instructors! They are superb teachers, kind, patient, & extremely helpful! You can tell that they respect & love dogs. We drive over an hour to get there during rush hour. To us it's worth it. Plus it's reasonably prized. We plan on continuing attending for the next set of classes. We are grateful for the instructors sharing their knowledge & information. We highly recommend this place!

We now have our new dog enrolled and she's in her second session. They are very helpful and can see progress quickly.
